- Reviews:They don’t give you the option for a zero because that’s what this store deserves. I walked around the bicycle area for 40 min to finally be asked if I needed help. I had called 20 min prior and was told that they had what I needed and when I got there they didn’t. Then I was sent to the automotive service desk to question them. As I was waiting the clerk allowed two of her friends to cut in front of me. I just needed answers they had carts of things to check out. Needless to say I left the store and believe me I will never walk into any Walmart ever again. Just like every other Walmart store, this one absolutely sucked. Can’t get help because employees walk away when they see you, can’t talk to a manager because they always hide in the office, claiming to be busy. God forbid they have registers open, always making people wait forever in self checkout because they’re too damn cheap to hire cashiers. Of course corporate don’t care, why would they? As long as they make money, they don’t care about anyone.
You go through self check out and pay for your items. You select to have the receipt sent to your phone and get harassed by the older white lady when leaving the store to see your receipt. She then takes it up a level and takes me back to self check out and has another associate pull up on the pay log at the self check out station to verify I paid. All over 2 box’s of doughnuts and bananas. Very disappointing.
When ordering pick up online, the employees need better training on how to bag the customers groceries as well as how to properly load them in the customer’s trunk.
They threw all and anything together in 1 bag. I had a bag so full of different things it was torn apart because it was so heavy. When I got home to unload the girls who loaded my trunk put a couple of my bags with like ground beef in my trunk BEFORE they put my case of water in. So they put a 40 count of Dasani water on top of my groceries. Now how come they didn’t know better? They should’ve known.
The whole ordering online is a plus I’m not upset about that. Better training is needed though.

Tim and Joey were a great help in getting my new futon in my car. I cant remember the front end manager who helped me out yesterday but she was also absolutely amazing.
