Thought this Walmart was closing but it turns out they are not. They did have some good clearance items for sale. They had lots of food and lots of other items as it is a superstore. They had TVs for sale and water floating mats. They have some really yummy smelling candles. I will definitely be back and recommending the store to others.

I got there an hour till closing, so the aisles were slightly crowded with pallets, workers and fellow shoppers, but I managed to find exactly what I needed. Now I don’t have to smell like a dirty nut sack another day. Thanks for the free pants wal-mart. Oh, and they love to play Pokémon GO here, so if you’re an avid player as I am make sure to stop in every Tuesday, Thursday, and all weekend for the overnight Pokémon party’s! They get pretty crazy, I lost a sock last month!

Typical Walmart. Seemed clean and organized. The “Pick Up” option was quick and friendly. They brought my merch out to my car in less than 5 min. Could use more than the 2-3 cashiers @ checkout for those who are buying a lot of items. However, there are plenty of self checkout stations for those with less items.

It’s Walmart, so I didn’t expect a lot. Had trouble finding someone to help locate an item. A cashier said, “They don’t tell us anything.” Couldn’t find another employee in several areas of the store. Finally I saw two men who appeared to be a supervisor and manager, but they didn’t acknowledge me, even though I stood near them, searching the aisle they were in twice. The third time, they again ignored me until I finally said something. Like I said, it’s Walmart, but really? Even higher-ups ignore customers?

No one follows you or treats you like you’re stealing. I have tattoos and that happens too often. So I like feeling respected here

Wanted to return a pair of walking shoes that I bought my husband for Christmas because both soles had holes in them after a month. They were worn, obviously, and the customer service person looked so confused by my return request. As if he shouldn’t have worn them? She called a manager, who finally attended to us after 15 minutes of waiting. She told me she couldn’t return the defective shoes due to “customer abuse”. What? My husband walks our dog in them for an hour a day. It’s winter. It’s raining. It’s muddy. Of course they looked worn. Abused, no! As if the customer abused the shoes, no! They didn’t hold up to an hour walk a day for a month. Shouldn’t be a problem. The manager was clueless about the season we’re in, rude, and made me feel like it was my husband’s fault for using them. Terrible service!!!

As you can see, the prices in the isles are lower than at the register. If I were to tell my customers one price, and then charge them more at the register, I’d be out of a job within a day, and probably looking at criminal charges.

Wow wow wow….I cannot even begin with the experience that I had in this particular Walmart. Look it’s a Walmart grocery store in a busy Tigard area. Next to a Costco even. BUT LET COSTCO BE COSTCO AND WE EXSPECT THE BOXES AND PERIODIC ITEM IN HANDS LEAVING THE STORE. What we don’t expect is to go into a neighborhood Walmart grocery store by 560 something dollars worth of groceries only to carry each item out of the store by hand well to be exact I had to cart it out and then put individually each piece of grocery in my car in between my laundry from rolling around It still didn’t work . What a terrible mess when things break and what a tragedy to lose a customer over not providing any bags for your customers anymore and not even tell you as you walk in there’s no signs It’s ridiculous 500 and something dollars worth of groceries in my car without any bags to hold them or carry them up to my home on the 12th floor shocking better do better than that for your customers Walmart won’t give you a bag they’ll sell you one for $0.99my picture is the bits o found the following day hiding in between the laundry I was doing and under seats. What a flipping joke

I like this supercenter. Quick in and out time. Although I have to say the staff is sometimes hard to find and I had a couple employees unwilling to help. One told me, “Sorry, I’m on a time limit,” and walked away from me. In the same incident, I turned to another employee, and one off the clock employee turned to the other and said, “Nope, thank God I’m off the clock,” then laughed. Again, this was all in 2 minutes. Also, the only horrible experience so far.

This is one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been in I was on vacation and stopped here. There were several employees doing nothing. Not one checker open. Only self-checkout. I asked about disability checker. Not available. Asked to talk to manager. Was told they didn’t have one. The self check out line was at least 50 people long. This is horrible for a store. They should be closed. Horrible service .

  1. Today I saw acorn squash, big sign above it $1.18 ea
When I put it through the scanner it charged me by the lb and came to $2.70. Rather than hold up the line behind me, I just took it to service desk (with photo of squash & sign) stood in line and the guy gave me the $2.70 back but said I would have to go through checkout again and ask clerk to correct the price.
Annoying, but stood in checkout line again to have the clerk tell me the sign was wrong. I went to manager and was told the sign was wrong and I would have to pay what the checkout computer said.
Isn’t this illegal? Meanwhile the sign still has the wrong price and who can trust any of the signs?

  2. Always a great place to shop. The kind young man helped me ring up multiple cases of canned veg at the self checkout. Wonderful selection, great sales and the fresh bread and cheap rotisserie chickens are unbeatable!! The employees are very kind and helpful. Security always has a smile for me. Nice, very nice!

  3. Walmart supercenter is now closed. I have now updated my rating to five stars. Parking lot is fantastic!

If you’re looking for Walmart at this location, I’m sorry.

However, if you happen to have an on-road 1/10 scale RC touring car that you might need some additional space to utilize its full capacity. Prepare for loads of fun and pockets full of excitement! Yake a peek at the Walmart supercenter parking lot, which is now empty most days and a great place to get a few test laps in with your racing creation!

  4. This place is permanently closed. Been reporting it in the past couple of months yet Google map is not correcting it and keeps taking me there. Not cool

  5. This place is CLOSED PERMANENTLY!

We visited Portland from Tri-Cities last week and Google took us to this closed down store. As we tried to get directions back to our hotel, security came and told us to leave. They were just doing their job, but that was for sure uncomfortable. Thanks, Google…
