We actually were in the eyewear department at the front of the store. It was my family and myself. Awesome experience. The lady working there was VERY friendly and helpful. We had a few questions for here and she was great and very knowledgeable. I will be back to get my glasses from here. Great job 👏. June 2 at about noon.

Went to the self check out. I had bought 7 items. The register would not let me pay. I had to get an attendant to come over to the machine. She tells me I didn’t pay for something in my bag. They watched a video from the machine. Then she makes me take all of the items from my bags. She finally says your good to go not a good experience at all.

I love to go here. The only thing is the employees. They are either to rude. Or you can’t find them. Or they don’t want to help you at all. Price tags are not in the right spot. When I see a price that I am going to pay for. It comes out to being a different price. So the cashier makes me get out of line and go get the right item. Which is a big dissatisfaction. Because then I loose my place. The make no effort to help you in this way. They make it difficult to help someone.

Lubbock supercenter (marsha sharp)’s customer service is worst customer service ever. They even didn’t talk properly to the customers. I had an issue with my mattress, i talked to Walmart customer service email and tried to show the email the people at the store customer service, simply they didn’t care, they even didn’t look at the email. A lady was there who has curly hair. She was so arrogant

I bought toner cartridges on 1.28.23. We didn’t need to replace ours at the time so we finally opened the package on 2.17.23. What we found was staples inside instead of the toner cartridges. I went to do a return or exchange on 2.18.23. The customer service was horrible and the lady said that since we opened the box that I can’t get a refund or exchange for a new box. I had my receipt and everything. Then the lady tried to blame it on me and say that since the box had tape on it from when I bought it that since they don’t use that kind of tape then it looks like I taped the box up. I said no ma’am my dad ripped the other side op and we didn’t tape it back shut because we had nothing to hide.they claimed to have reviewed cameras but I doubt it. They changed their story like 3 times saying you can’t return things within 30 days then I look online and see the policy is 90 but then another lady tells me once you open certain products you can’t return them. I told the lady that we opened the box on 2.17.23 and that’s what we found was staples the First Lady I spoke with, she even tried to keep the staples. I had to ask for them back as proof that was what’s in the box. I have no issue spending money there I do it a lot but to pay almost 72.00 for a pack of staples then to be blamed saying you waited too long or the box didn’t feel heavy or that tape wasn’t theirs that they use is ridiculous.

Store was super clean and stocked. The front end is very clean and inviting, big change from a year ago. The management really knows what they’re doing, and I saw the store manager who greeted me. He’s super hot, ladies. Y’all should come to the store just to check him out. I am very impressed with this little store. Love it!!!

I have finally had a pleasant Wal-Mart experience. I had not one, not two, but FOUR employees OFFER to help me and not in an overbearing way, but saw I had a genuine need and offered to help and each one were genuinely nice about it. The first employee checked my receipt and we had a nice conversation, the second helped me load some heavy bags of soil onto my cart, the third saw my basket was full and showed me the proper self check out and the fourth employee saw me unloading them in my car and offered to help. I haven’t really seen that kind of customer service anywhere in a long time. I’m not usually one to write a review but I felt the employees deserved recognition.

Greeted in the Garden Center by Isaac and he immediately asks if he can help me. I wanted 14 bags of potting soil which he loaded up and then took to my car and loaded it in my car. I have NEVER been treated so nicely and gentlemanly anywhere I can think of. And certainly not at Wal-Mart. I loved him. ❤

  1. Great place to shop…if not found in store I order on line. Always get great customer service from lady in cosmetics. ..she steps out helps me get my dog food and helps me locate my shampoos, some times it’s hard finding people to help but she always there when I shop. Your pharmacy people r the best too

  2. Great store I was able to find things where I need them. Prices are fantastic. I even stopped shopping at Costco saved me tons of money by shopping at Walmart. I would suggest for pretty much any items. I went to some local market store and paid four times as much for the same product at Walmart carried. Be sure to check your Walmart before you go spend a double the money on some weird store.

  3. I would first like to start off saying that I do like Walmart and I don’t have a problem with the shopping system itself the only thing I have issues with our the fact that you guys don’t have enough lanes open because you want to give your jobs to robots and that’s fine. But I also have a problem with the fact that there are police parking in the parking lot the police aren’t handicap the police don’t need to be closer the police don’t need this parking spot you’re just using it to placate Americans for being mean to police officers and I’m sorry but that’s not what’s important. Also I would like to say I parked in those police spots on purpose. And there is no reason that they should be allowed to save parking and we shouldn’t if we called the cops on somebody for saving parking they would tell that person to leave why do cops have their own personal parking spot when they could just park in front of the building like they’ve been doing for years when they arrest people.

  4. Rude Employees. One “greeter” was smoking in the garden center. What’s the point in being a greeter if you aren’t Greeting? I smoke too, but she just stands there frowning. It’s rude to smoke around non smoking customers, and frown at them! Walmart had gone downhill! Also the lady who checked me out should probably be a mime instead. Didn’t talk at all! Not total nothing! Today my experience was a little better. Lady with short hair working the garden center was much nicer!

  5. Extremely horrible service! We were stereo typed walking out the door!! We have already paid, showed our receipt to the person at the door and right after that someone comes up to asking extremely aggressive and grabbing our basket saying that we stole something! I had left the item at the register because we didn’t have enough. LOST PREVENTION in just about every Walmart is on a major power trip! They really need to train their staff better. Stop with the aggression and come at people with more respect. I wouldn’t of gone off on the guy if he would of came up respectfully and asked for a receipt. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE BEEN STOPPED! Get your S$@T together Walmart!!
