Getting ready to cancel my membership. If Walmart can’t make grocery deliveries, maybe they should stop saying they do. One time I would understand. But multiple times is wrong. Especially if you can’t talk to anyone.

Returned an item & the lady at the counter couldn’t have been nicer & helpful. I then did my grocery shopping. Don’t care for self service checkout but a worker named James helped me with the heavy stuff.

You WILL check yourself out. Only self-check out EVER. Don’t come here for big orders unless you want to do the labor yourself. Walmart doesn’t pay its employees a fair wage, keeps them from getting benefits, has the customer do the labor themselves, and still their prices go up every month.

When an employee was around, they were more than helpful! But I was in the fabric section to get some fabric to reupolster my dining room chair and I stood there and looked for somewhere in that area for at least 15 minutes. Never found an employee in that area.

Hate the Free labor but on the good side. They shouldn’t be able to get you for shoplifting since never been trained on checking out.

The bakery did an amazing job on my purple birthday cake that I ordered for a coworker. I just wish their scanner was working so I could have a picture on it. It’s Walmart corporate that isn’t ensuring that their bakery department has the right equipment or functioning equipment. The bakery did an amazing job on the cake. Thanks to those who got the job done . ????

Don’t bother calling any time of day unless you want to sit and listen to the endless ringing until someone clocks in the next day and just happens to be in a chatty mood. Otherwise, you’re better off just driving there to ask whatever question you have. Even if you go home empty handed it’ll still be a better use of your time then waiting for someone to pick up the phone. The weird part is that it’s somehow the same for every single department/extension. They must only have one very sleepy employee working the phones or something.

I think they should let people know that the self check out lanes won’t accept older 100.00 bills because of this I had the extra aggravating task of going to the service desk and waiting then because I didn’t get my receipt back I was held up at the door for another 15 to 20 minutes till everything finally got taken care of so a old hundred bill made my check out over 45 minutes long

The worst Walmart in the area. Have lived in the area for three years and avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer service of any Walmart I’ve ever been to. Please provide better training to your employees, I would be embarrassed if I was the GM of this catastrophe.

Messy Walmart never has anything stocked always has the longest lines even after having a new system. The workers try and guide people to the registers when half the time they aren’t paying attention just let the people walk up to which we is green it’s not that serious lines would get by much faster. I try and avoid this Walmart as much as possible

  1. Walmart is so expensive I bought so little this morning and it was over $118… Walmart is far from the cheapest! They was trashing Easter isles for summer seasonal items. The store is always so messy and not a shopper friendly!

  2. I walked into the store at 7:18 this morning and went straight back to the baby formula needing to pick up a few cans. What should have been a 5 minute trip inside the store turned into much longer. As soon as I got back there, I asked an employee who walked by for the key to get what I needed. She said she didn’t have one and I needed to go up front. I asked her if she had a way to call someone for me. She went down the isle and told an employee and came back and said someone would be with me in a minute. Several minutes go by and SEVEN different employees walk by me and do not even acknowledge me, much less ask if I needed help with anything. After about 15 minutes, I go up to the ONLY register open to find Joyce (precious woman) and tell her I’ve been waiting with no help from anyone. She is so sweet and apologizes and calls someone for me. After another 6-7 minutes I finally get my formula. During that time only one gentleman asked me if I needed him to call someone for me. I told him someone already sis, but THANK YOU. I get up to the self check-out to pay and the formula rings up for $2.50 more than the sticker said. Lady “working” SCO said I had to go to customer service because there was nothing to do. I go back to take a picture of the sticker and go back up to Joyce. Customer service wasn’t open yet so she got permission to update the amount for me and get me taken care of. What should have been a 5 minute, 10 minute TOPS trip, took me 30 minutes. 99% of employees in the store were rude or very very unhelpful. Every time I go in there I remember why I do all my shopping elsewhere. Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.
If I could give the store one star and Joyce 5, I would. She was the only pleasant thing about this morning.

  3. We are big fans of Walmart, we go there often for our family needs. Our most recent trip we were able to get everything we needed for our daughter’s birthday. We made a really good cake and had awesome decorations.

  4. The store no longer replaces the item you order with the value brand product for the same price.

There aren’t always carts at the entrance, but that isn’t always the employees fault, it’s the customers who don’t bring them back. It’s quite rude.

The employees are sometimes on their phones or don’t speak English. Some don’t even know what they are doing or where things are!

The store isn’t clean in lots of places around different areas.

The store isn’t always stocked, but at least the clothes are sort of nice quality…? Things are far too overpriced for the quality and worth of the product.
