However, it took more than 2 hours, being the only person for such a service. There is a manager or staff with inappropriate attitudes. I order a 2nd time to have more items delivered and my order included jalapenos. One of the jalapenos had a hole bigger than the circumference of my thumb. How does one miss that… unless it’s done intentionally. I called the store to have the issue resolved at the store level, but no one answers. I was in this Walmart 2 weeks ago. Typically I will stop at this one because its convenient since it’s right on the way home from my sons daycare. This location needs some Training as well as staffing. A couple needed a couple of bicycles and had to wait for awhile to get some help. They announced this over the loud speaker at least 5 times. There was also a similar issue with someone needing infant formula, where it was called several times until help arrived. This store has several items locked up, which requires additional staffing. If you are purchasing inexpensive items, you should be fine. My experience was not bad because I purchased those types of items. Self Checkout was fast and friendly. I purchased fuel additive and was assisted quick. I highly recommend this location for anyone purchasing inexpensive items. If you are purchasing electronics, hardware, infant formula, or even bicycles, you might want to think of a different location l, or have lots of patience.
Yes everyone knows Walmart suck. But what is it with the obviously locked baby formula and the ppl with the keys never around I was standing there for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions I asked employees to pls tell some one…. And nothing. On top of the employees I did approach were acting as If it’s not their job to help. One of the employees informed me that 3 different employees have page for some one to help me and still no one came it’s 45 minutes since I been here.
Found the hangers, and a few other items I need to finish my boys’ Apt! Thx Dobson Walmart! Those yellow tags excite me ???✨
I took my sorry animal in this store, and was discriminated against because my animal was a rat instead of a dog or a mini horse. They were so rude to me, and even escorted me out like I was a criminal. It was humiliating. They even violated my rights by asking me to show my certification. I didn’t have it on me, so I went home and grabbed my Medicaid card and took it in to show them that I was not lying. I will never ever do here again after being treated like me and my service animal were disgusting. She was on my shoulder, literally doing nothing other than her job. I’m contacting corporate.
Since the pandemic the store hours have been cut back so they close at 11pm and at 10:30 pm they start herding you out of the store like cattle. They don’t like anyone in the store at 11, the shelves are finally being fully stocked just too bad the prices are just as high or higher with other stores.
