  Took my Truck here and purchased the $28 dollars exterior wash and left with a dirty hood , top and a gouge out of the paint on the hood . Will never go back I’m so bummed. Be aware!!!

  We used to like this place but after today’s experience we will never ever go back! It took 1 1/2 hrs to get our truck washed, and thinking it was taking so long was because they were doing a good job, WRONG!! They did a horrible job! Left a puddle of cleaning solution on the center console, the running boards were still dirty and dead bugs still all over it. Seats didn’t even look like they touched them. I know it’s hard to find good employees, but dang, at least hire someone to supervise what you have for quality. Our wash cost $59! Don’t waste your time or your money!

  Paid $32 for the interior/exterior vacuum/wash.

  2/5 stars for missing the obvious opportunities to clean – visible dirt/grime on the outside of the car when picking it up, and visible dirt in the interior center counsel.

  While I wouldn’t ping them for not getting the crevasses of my car for a lower-tiered service, not cleaning easily-visible spots is downright lazy and deserves a lower rating.

  Love this place! All the people work so hard. And do a great job on my car. The gal up at the front desk could use a lesson in manners though. Please and Thank You..??would be nice. Common courtesy in any business I’ve ever worked in is a must. Too bad she’s the one taking my credit card. 😏

  Listen for your quarters to drop as you put them in. Control faces are highly degraded from sun exposure, they will take an initial starting payment and not start. Spray equipment very degraded.

  The spot free rinse is very soft water though, probably the best in NOCO.

  I am very disappointed with this car wash. I have used them faithfully, once a month for 8 years. Saturday morning I checked my mobile bank app. and there were 2 charges back to back, for the same time for $12.00 each at 10:26 pm…. that I did not make. I’ve been trying to call the car wash and no one answers. I will be driving to the car wash today. I would like to be credited the charges back, because at this point I feel like this was done intentionally and is fraudulent. If I get no where, I will take a drive to the Sheriff station. I know it’s only $24.00, but that’s besides the point. You lost my business.

  All settings worked and has a blow dryer for the cars! 🙂 Not to mention, it was even on still, at midnight. Thank god too, because the van I borrowed from my parents was filthy and I never return a Vehicle dirty if I can help it!
