I had to brake in order to not hit them. Thankfully when I honked they drove off and I was able to get out before the person behind me could’ve unintentionally bumped me too… Just give people a extra foot or two. You won’t lose sales and the wait line will only be a minute longer. These vehicles range from 3-5-10-20k, you shouldn’t play around and find out. Focus on safety. Please.

edit 2: Of course I cant reply to the automated message from the “owner.” I’ve been a customer for quick quack for a couple years now and I can tell you with confidence I have memorized what I’m supposed to do when I get in the rails. If I were to do nothing, there would have been a collision on the rails. Simply put, the person in front of me did not “go” when the “go” light was on. Surely you can see the issue here.

I feel as if I am being ripped off with quick quack taking money from me for a service that was never used. Customer service didn’t even help. I will never return here and will not suggest quick quack to anyone as I was harassed into a membership that I was continuously and repeatedly pressured into getting after stating NO I did not want any membership. I was forced into one just so I can go on about my day. It seems like quick quack only cares about sales and taking money from people instead of caring about people which they are seeking to gain as customers. This definitely left a bad impression on me. I will take my services back to super clean xpress. They always took care of me there. I should have never left them. From check in it was already a good experience the two associates were very friendly and seemed happy to be there. During my Wash something fell off of the car infront of me but thanks to Jose the manager for being aware of his surroundings heard when this happened and quickly acted by pulling said thing out the way before it damaged my car. Afterwards he personally made sure to go above and beyond to make sure the rest of my experience went well. Nice people and good service. That’s all the good. I’ve been there 3 times now and the car wash keeps scratching my car first it was small and didn’t really notice it but this last time really did a number. And the vacuums are always taken up so I never used them, good I have my own hand vacuum for the car
Excellent drive through automatic car wash. Nice touch to have the guys wipe the car dry afterwards. Would have liked to have cloths available at the vacuums to wipe the dash clean. Overall a great place to get your car washed.
I love how convenient and quick it is. Also being able to wash my car as much as I need in this weather is needed. The employees are always friendly so that just is a bonus.
There is not too many vacuums available, most of the time they are taken because there’s not enough, not enough clothing available, the staff does not care about whether the car gets clean or not. They just even don’t look at the window and just a spray the soap a little bit, and they just passing by. Unfortunately this is the closest to my house today I went there, It was 8:58 they already had shut down the system, and they told me I have to back off because the system cannot come back on until tomorrow morning so I asked them why they don’t put the sign. If it’s not open, they should put the sign up front at the entrance if it’s closed. It’s no big deal. I easily backed off and I came home but the reason I’m writing this review is if someone cares from the management, they have to change some staff from this location and bring new people for the better service. 👎
