5 months agoWish I’d thought to take before photos. Dropped off a car full of dog hair, mud, years of grime etc. They did a phenomenal job, attention to detail was top notch. I spilled multiple milkshakes/coffees in my car and didn’t clean them for months but the magic of Jazz made them vanish into thin air!!a month agoPro: The detail was very well doneCon: I generally do details with Toyota, but tried this place out due to its proximity. The pricing structure at Jazz is incredibly suspect and the reason I won’t return. Upon scheduling I was quoted $180 as a base for my car model, I specifically asked what would cause the price go up, receptionist stated if there was excessive dog hair, mud globs, trash, etc (totally reasonable). I brought my car in and was then quoted $220, which I balked at due to the fact that there was no trash, the car was empty and there was no dog hair and minimal dirt/grime. When I asked what made the price an extra $40, I was told it was due to some spots on the door and a bit of dirt on the floorboards. He then dropped the price when I said no way, even though it wasn’t down to the original $180. So what does $10 dollars look like in a pricing structure? Do you have to vacuum and wipe down your car before going to get the $180? Seems like it depends on who you get at the entrance. Toyota does the same detail for $100 less, so I will be sticking with them from now on, even if it is unfortunately a longer drive.
Our nanny took our second car and got the $60 clean and wasn’t vacuumed well.
3 weeks agoUpdated review – after my initial review, Jazz reached out and offered a free clean to address my issue. I appreciate the prompt and responsive customer service. Initial review: have kids and they leave scuff marks on the back of the driver and passenger seats, finger prints on the inside of windows and drinks sometime spill into cup holders. When I got my car home from Jazz and got into the back, it looked like no one bothered to wipe down the inside of my car. For $42 (including the extra $6 I paid specifically for the seats to be wiped down) I expected the scuff marks to be wiped off at minimum. The exterior looked nice, but I did not get what I paid for with the interior clean. I had to clean the interior myself when I got home.a month agoJazz is my favorite car wash in Denver. The plans are reasonably priced and every wash comes with a hand finish. I also appreciate that they have ethanol-free premium gas.

Will not be back. 1st time customer too.3 months agoI visit several area Take 5 locations frequently and there’s a reason this location is my favorite. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, whereas this is unfortunately not the experience at other locations. I especially want to give recognition and thanks to Paula, who is always friendly and fun — She truly cares about our experience and satisfaction. There’s a number of staff at other locations who could benefit from Paula’s expertise in customer engagement.My only disappointment at this time is the change in business hours at this location. Being open until 8pm was incredibly convenient for fleet and transportation professionals who work evenings/nights. This is especially a great time to wash and detail vehicles as it cools off dramatically at this time. Many of us appreciated the later hours.

Take 5 also provides supplies and vacuums so you can clean your car.4 months agoAbsolutely love the facility and staff. The site manager Josh was walking the property making sure it was excellent condition for the customers. Very friendly helpful customer service from the entire team which in todays world goes a very long way. I highly recommend this business. I have been using this location for the past 8 years, they have complimentary cleaning supplies, vacuums, and air fresheners. 😁5 months agoToday, 04.05.23, I had my normal car wash. I thought I had a pebble under my windshield wiper and the attendants were so nice! He checked for me and made sure to wash my windshield really good. That’s extra special! They are always smiling and friendly. Thanks so much!

Great car wash. I don’t normally find washes like this at home. The unlimited option is reasonably priced. Very good drive through wash. Best part is the self serve area where rags are provided and excellent vacuums!!
Holy cow my car came out pretty darn clean. And they have good vacuums and plenty of towels to wipe down cracks and inside. And a sink with hose and spray Nozle attachment for spraying down mats!
Had to drop this review because I was in a rut with my vehicle and not only is this car wash really great but this guy Rudy definitely help me out with the services when I was having a rough time. Definitely will be coming here from here on out!
What an excellent wash! You don’t see ones like this just anywhere. This place has everything you need to fully detail your car. Plenty of towels are always handy and the vacuums work amazing! I had a wonderful experience even when I asked for help and was given in great detail about the wash packages and deals they offered by Rudy. I will definitely be returning with my other cars here.
Easily the best car wash in Denver. Car always looks great when it’s finished. They even have a hand/machine polish machine that makes your car really shine. I do not drive anything fancy, but I always pull away with my car looking sharp. The staff is always friendly as well. Seems like a good place to work as I have gone there for years and always the same people working.
