2 weeks agoEach time I return to this location. It only gets better. Both Jesse and Mike do make this location a good experience. They always do their best I noticed with everyone. Not just me. They keep their promises and more. And you can learn a few things too. Thank you Jesse and Mike 🙂a month agoI made an appointment the day before, and was told to come in first thing in the morning at 7:30 a.m., for an oil change, so I would be done within an hour. Jorge, the service manager, would not speak to me when I arrived because he was trying to figure out how to use their new computer system. Then, after not bothering to talk to me, he asked me to sign a receipt. Even though I was the first one at the shop when it opened, I learned that I had to wait for cars ahead of me, so it took 1 1/2 hours, at a price $20 higher than advertised, and they wanted to charge $10 more to check the air filter. They asked me to get the key for my wheel locks – if they had simply looked first, they would have seen that my vehicle has no wheel locks. The mechanic kept clowning around, and was so careless that he left his tools in my car when done.I called District Manager Tommy Myers on June 30 at 9:56 AM as requested by Customer Care and left my number for him to return my call, but have received no response. My full contact information is printed on the service order. Evans Tire & Service Centers is clearly and consistently lacking in customer service.
Update: It has been over two weeks since I called Evans Tire & Service Centers District Manager Tommy Myers and emailed Customer Care, as requested. I still have received no replies. It appears that the sole purpose of Evans’ Google response is to give Google Reviews readers the false impression that Evans Tire is actually concerned about its customers.
a week agoJesse is always extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I have walked in, no matter how busy it is he takes the time to greet me- these guys always take care of me ! Had a leak in one of my tires that I didn’t even buy from Evan’s , and since I always buy tires there and had my oil changed they fix it for free !!2 weeks agoMission accomplished for my Fiat 500e which had three damaged tires. I’m one of those who watch what’s going on from behind the glass window of the waiting room. The work was accomplished professionally and precisely, including a test drive before handing me the keys.a month agoI was about 45 minutes late to my 8:00 a.m. appointment, but I still didn’t get out of there until 12:15. That seems insane for a simple alignment and rotation job. They need to improve their customer service here. 3 and 1/2 hours is too much to ask for a job like this. Come on guys. You can do better.

They also send me a text with a link of a full inspection at no cost. Definitely will be recommending to all family and friends .in the last weekAwesome customer service provided by the staffs. Grant is prompt with text message and getting quote right away and scheduled it the same day. Chris is really helpful and great recommendation parts that needs to be replaced. Amazing shop. Not only best Evans Tire I’ve been to, best shop in general across the board in the county. Huge shoutout to Thomas there specifically. His manager, who’s name I didn’t get, upheld the best of customer service as well. Their customer service is absolutely unbeatable. Respectful, quick, reliable and approachable. If this shop loses those two, they’ll lose many customers. Props.
Ulysses is the man! I called Evans tires and spoke to Ulysses, he was so patient and after asking him if I could get new tires for my van in 20 minutes, he said I got you.
If you read the reviews you’ll read about the legend of Ulysses in all his glory. Not only can he find you the best price for your budget, but he goes the extra mile for emergencies such as mine and takes customer care seriously. In his legendary fashion he hooked me up with great tires at an amazing price (less than I wanted to spend) and had me in and out in less than an hour.
Sometimes they get busy, actually most of the time they’re busy. I saw it as I waited. But Ulysses and his crew let customer know wait times, answered the phones quickly and offered water etc. Look it’s a tire place not the Taj Mahal, don’t expect neck rubs and foot massages. Do expect great customer service and the legend Ulysses. I will be back.
I take my 2008 Yaris here. Guys are always great. And now they email and text pictures of recommendations for required work. I super appreciate these guys and highly recommend them!
This place is great! I came here for advice on mounting a license plate to the front of my vehicle, and not only did they help with that, but they mounted it on for me free of charge! Throughout the entire experience, Sebastian and his crew were super friendly and provided top notch customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this place if I need any work done on my car.
From the time I called this place and spoke with Sebastian over the phone yesterday and Ulysses taking my car in the first thing in the morning until Sebastian checking out my car at the end of the day today, everything was a great experience. My car had a lot of issues, so the technicians took care of it all day until after hours. I had an issue with my bank since the amount was alarming them as fraud. Sebastian never complained while I was trying to solve the issue way after hours. Their customer service is exactly what I needed and they exceeded my expectations as a mechanic/tire shop. I had bad experiences with discount tire and another evans tire locations close to my house, I’m so glad that I gave a chance to this location. You won’t regret it. I appreciate everyone who took care of me and my car.
