Car Damaged | Horrible Customer Service
I pulled into the first parking spot (with vacuums) on the righthand side of the lot. The car stop had a bolt sticking out of the top, and the parking spot also had a small pothole in front of the car stop. Because of that, the underside of my car got caught on the bolt, breaking my bumper and pulling off a part of my front side panel.
The response from the manager was pathetic – no apology, no offer for resolution, no commitment to fix the parking spot so it doesn’t happen again. The manager just stared blankly at me, said it was “driver error,” and that there was nothing he could do.
The owners should expect litigation if they’re not willing to pay for the repairs to my car and pay to fix the parking spot so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Luv car wash is great place to wash your car because you pay your monthly membership which is affordable and you could clean your car anytime any day. The employees are friendly and courteous.

I got recommendation from my friend and I bought the membership it was good at starting first month of September but now it’s getting bad day by day ! And the staff is also not helping I ask the guy sir there is no towel in cleaning area so he get upset and telling you need towel take from here they keeping some towel at the entrance not in the cleaning area so lazy or so smart I don’t now and vacuum god bless you my home vacuum is much far better work then the some of there vacuum! Please 🙏 look into the issue and work on it otherwise sorry 😞

I like that I can wash my car everyday if I want. for a monthly fee Ther are towels and liquid glass cleaners, air and vacuum. For those who want to give that added buff and spray on their tire shine and any extra personal stuff they may have you just have to park and sparkle Away.

I paid for a blowout service and detail. Usually this takes about 45 minutes, today, clearly they just took my money and gave me a regular wash and dry. After reclining the seats, in which they did NOT vacuum, I see this area wasn’t even touched, so had to go back and have the seats vacuumed again. Today the car wasn’t blown out, nor was the interior properly cleaned or detailed. I just left saying, lesson learned.
I asked the young man in charge outside, why wasn’t my car in the back where in the past it was blown out, he said, sometimes it’s done in the front when the back has to close down. This will be the last time I bring my cars here for sure!! If you use this service, inspect your car before you leave. Go to another car wash if you want a proper blowout and detail.

I love coming here. They’re super dog friendly. They provide treats for your fur friends. I’ve been a member here for almost a year now. I think or longer. Everyone is so sweet. Also my car always looks fresh on the outside and inside. If you have any concerns they take care of right away.

The last time I went was years ago and I remember thinking I shouldn’t go back. Today it was an easy right hand turn and I really needed a car wash for the weekend. I bought the $3995 special which I guess included some kind of hand applied wax and a deluxe interior exterior.
The entire wash took about 20 minutes, and you could tell it only took about 20 minutes. I spent about a half an hour re-cleaning the interior… Stupid things like a cup holders and the arm rests were missed.
I have no idea if they do the actual wax or not, looks like a few other reviews weren’t certain either.
The bottom line is I will go back to the pump and go at Oakland Park and Dixie highway, to get a better car wash for less money! Those guys are terrific!

Been here a few times in the past with great experiences. Today I paid $60 and they finished my car in 10 minutes! I had to then ask the attendant to finish the job, because he hadn’t done everything i had already paid for. Less than 10 minutes later, i was again told my car was ready again. I Told the gentleman at the front. He didn’t seem surprised or concerned when i shared the experience.

They have a good price for joining the club to keep your car looking good. They have a system that identifies your license plate immediately and the gate opens to allow you into the car wash. With the unlimited program, I am able to keep my car looking clean always. The free vacuum cleaner is a great bonus.
Machine gets my car very clean (which is not easily said for most machines). Microfiber towels are always well stocked at the vacuum parking spots. There’s always been enough vacuum spots whenever I’ve been there. The one time I’ve spoken to an employee, it’s been great service!
