Prices keep increasing and staff are unfriendly and do not even pre spray the vehicle anymore.
The spray and towels are not out at most locations.
Often I drive to a location and there are cones up with no one around

It can be disappointing to consistently receive subpar service, especially as a monthly car customer for many years. The biggest issue seems to be the bad management and staff sitting inside the room. Even when there are employees inside, they do not come out if there is any problem when the car enters. It appears that there is negligence and inattention to work from everyone. Now, there are larger car washes in the city that continue to operate successfully. Additionally, the quality of the car wash is so low that the shampoo sticks to the car no matter what. It’s unlikely that this situation can continue for long. Eventually, they might have to shut down. It doesn’t seem fair to accept such bad service by spending hard-earned pocket money. If this situation continues, it’s expected that everyone will request to leave. Hopefully, the management will address this issue soon, or else they will have to shut it down. 3rd-time complaints This is the third time I have voiced my opinion but they are getting worse day by day no way to improve them

I had an amazing experience at Zips! The best car wash hands down! There was a very nice gentlemen that assisted me, I hate I didn’t get his name but I wanna say thanks so much!

I was guided onto the rail into the wash. A SUV infront of me was stalled on the rail already. I’m locked on and see the truck is not moving, so I lay on the horn for a while. The attendant is slow in paying attention. My car compact car is hitting an SUV 8 times. The pieces of the SUV rear were inside the carwash. The truck was guided out and then I was as well. The attendant does not apologize and tells me that my car is fine. I call for a police report and the manager pulls in and does not address anything. I came back the next day waiting around to see a manager. I will be using Hand Car Wash only.
