Very nice car wash. They provide fresh dry towels, and all purpose cleaner and window washer to use after your car is washed. The vacuums have strong suction and are super easy to use and and they have a special hose that sucks up water, dust, creases and vents inside the car, and hard to clean spaces. Also have a machine that vacuums your floor mats. This is a plus!!!! They offer a monthly car wash subscription for $30 and you can wash your car as much as you want. I washed and cleaned my mom’s car and she said it was shining like new money!! I love this place.

The car wash service was great. However, I am military and moved to a location where the service is not available. I’ve attempted to cancel for months without success via the website, email, or via phone. They are stealing my money at this point. My credit card company has blocked New Wave, but only a valid cancellation can be enforced to deny payment.

My favorite car wash for the best price. Make sure you never change policies for the ones that have been with the company for at least over two years. As for the others, I think the price should stop going up honestly that’s going to keep people from purchasing the membership. Hesitation like that will deter to other Car Wash companies.

I’ve had a membership with them through two different name changes. I was a little disappointed that they don’t clean tires. The previous owners provided this service for the all-inclusive membership, which I have.

Total spent: Appox $50. Well worth it.
Time waiting: 45min. For this level of work, it’s what I expected so no issue there.
Without paying hundreds for a true detail, this is about as close as it gets. Overall score: 95/100.
Great results, friendly staff with a very clean and comfy waiting area.
Only a couple of oversights on the interior cleaning, but again this isn’t a true detail. You definitely get a bang for your buck here.

I paid for the $50 service which is interior & exterior (up from$27). After the exterior wash they try and convince me to come back to have the interior done because it might take awhile. I explained that I can’t do it at another time and don’t mind waiting but if they want to refund me the interior portion of the fee that would work too. The manager walked over and said it wasn’t possible to refund me a portion. He said it may take an hour or more to get the interior cleaned. I said that’s fine it always takes at least an hour. After an hour he said my car was done. He seemed very unhappy that I had wanted the interior cleaned. He stated “it’s impossible to get all the dog hair out but at least it looks better than it did”. I quickly glanced at the carpet and left. Later I noticed that many areas were not cleaned, as shown in the pictures. I should hope it looks better than it did for $50! Poor attitude and poor service!

The young man who detailed the inside of my vehicle was a stalwart pro. I didn’t see a name tag so I could only hope to describe him approximately 6 feet tall, hair styled the way Marshawn Lynch used to have his but shoulder length not down to center spine. I offer that because I’d love for him to get kudos or some sort of recognition: I’ve been to Mega Auto Spa numerous times and it’s always a 5 star experience. What stood out with this young man is that as I watched him work (from where I was seated I saw him and the team) I saw the attention to detail he gave to the inside drivers front and back seats/doors. He was exceptionally thorough and most importantly gentle! He didn’t apply maximum pressure as he went about his service. Also – I had a few questions before he began and after he finished. Both times he was patient without taking an inordinate amount of time to explain things to me and I also specifically asked about the way the tipping protocol worked. I was so impressed that I wanted to recognize him individually. He made a point to explain the team dynamic and how that process worked there such that when I tried to give him a tip himself he explained that’s not how it works there. If I were running a business, this young man’s integrity would be the kind I want in a leader/manager running things when I’m not present. I wasn’t trying to give him a life changing $20,000 sum but it was significant. All that to say I was impressed by both his professional competence and personal integrity. A+, 5 stars, 10/10 will definitely return again – all the superlatives apply.

Good place for a quick wash. Hit or miss on the internal cleaning. Some of the members treat your car as if it were their own, others were too bothered to clean, wipe down, or attention to detail of the tires and rims. I still recommend but pay attention to who’s doing your vehicle.

I have always loved this car wash, and would go out of my way to use it. What I was unaware of is the fact that they will not cover damages caused by the car wash, if your vehicle is over 7 years old! The air dryer is very strong, and ripped my overhead 3rd brake light completely off! The manager stated that there is a disclaimer sign that states that they will not cover damages to vehicles over 7 years old. I personally have not seen this sign, and never expected damages from a car wash! This car wash would of cost as much as $800 for repairs, but thankfully my husband is handy, and ordered the part for $400. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. If I had known this, I would never of used the car wash! My daughter also said that the air dryer was so strong tgat it made her new vehicles sunroof leak.

I truly don’t know when the last time was I came across someone as joyful while at work! Sam was also very kind and helpful with a consistent smile while literally running to help different cars. The world needs more people like these two and I hope this company takes more than good care of them!
