I got the Go Select Wash. I always worry about the damage the machines can do. Seems like the brushes and wash clothes they use are like the ones in the early 2000’s. Pretty good wash, wax, shine and vacuum. Of course with a truck, the blowers never reach the tail gate. The tire shiners didn’t put any oil on the tires. I went up to the office and let them know their oil might be low. Ruben came right out with a sponge and bottle, ready to shine the tires! I guess they already know about the issue. It makes sense if you have 2 vehicles to get the unlimited. If not then $9 or $14 will get you cleaned up and looking good for the month for a budget.

The car wash broke the light on my mirror and they are refusing to repair it. We have been with them for several months and this has never happened. But that was when it was owned by another company. Obviously this new company doesn’t care about frequent flyers.

Go car wash on Grissom Road damaged the roof or my 2018 Yukon Denal. Paint was in good shape before entering their car wash. When I got home I noticed from the front windshield to the sun roof the paint was badly scuffed up.The supervisor working dismissed it as normal wear and tear as if it were a 1999 or older Yukon. He still submitted my claim as I requested only for his management team to deny my claim without even calling me or looking at my truck in person. Luckily I know people in the paint and body business and they’re going to help me out. But this car wash will not help you even tho the have a claim process as they know the dangers of their drive thru car wash.

Good car wash terrible employee attitudes. No one that works here want s to be here and are consistently late in opening the gate on time at 9am.
No issues at any other GO Car washes. Just this one

What a rip off! I paid $25 for garbage service. They squirted the driver’s side door with something, I don’t know, and that’s it. I blinked and the car wash was done. It didn’t even clean my truck properly. A gas station car wash is better. I always see people going here and I thought it would be great but the wash lasts 1 minute and then it’s done. It’s a total scam and a horrible location. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place.

I have a membership and have been there twice in the past month just to find they’ve closed off the entrance with cones. 1-3 days okay understandable but a few weeks!!! Yet they still auto collected total monthly fee from my account. I’m trying again tomorrow and If there hasn’t been a change. That’s it!!

Says it’s open till 8 on google but when I went today around 5:30 they had blue cones lining the entrance.I saw workers and a few cars so I don’t know what’s going on. The entrance is right after a concrete median and you have to get through military traffic so it’s inconvenient to begin with. I will not be trying this car wash again just to be disappointed with a cones blocking it off.

This place is packed, that is the only issue here. Everything else is fantastic! The washes are priced to serve anyone’s needs or price point. The free vacuums are so powerful and a haven for those that don’t want to spend 5 dollars racing a timer at a regular carwash. This is officially my go to carwash when I’m in the Southside. Would recommend to everyone!

I decided to edit my original review because it’s much better since then…. I know they get tired of seeing me. Lol! The vacuums work perfectly, strong suction! I purchased the membership and it’s definitely worth it. The workers are nice and helpful. I don’t expect my car to be perfectly clean but it does a pretty good job!
One of the best car washes I’ve ever been to! I’d had my car washed yesterday somewhere else and there were still bug guts left on my windshield. Here the guts came off plus some bird poop that was left today! Staff was amazing too! So helpful! Will definitely come here again.
Recommend! Wonderful service, affordable and on point. Signed up for their monthly subscription with such a wonderful deal they have, great choice if looking to wash/vacuum maintain your car. Service has been great with somebody scrubbing windshield bugs off when entering and service all through vacuums as well, very impressed with attentiveness. Great location to drop by on your way through to get your car looking great for any occasion.
Came in for a wash after 10 days parked outside. I was just dusty. 23$ wash to get squared away. I came out clean on one side dusty and fully dry on the other side. Can’t go in backward to get the other side, and don’t like arguing. I’ll take the L, you keep the 23$ and these 2 ⭐️ 🌟 for the clean side of my car.
Great car wash. Got the most expensive wash package and car still had dirt and stuff on it after the wash.. Spoke to one of the workers and was told to go back around without charge. Of course second time around my car was clean and spotless. Vacuums are awesome too and actually works compared to other car washes in the area. Definitely planning on getting their membership.
