I normally go to super wash but they been slacking lately.. but then today I gave shine time a try and I left Very pleased.. the first guy helped with picking the wash type and upsold a membership that I normally say no to anywhere else a good salesman The other guy did the initial scrub and polish overall great experience I hope the same two guys are working. I have two other vehicles so you will see me more

This is the best carwash in town. The monthly membership is a good deal if you wash your car more than once a month. The staff here are amazing. I pay for the best carwash they have. This last trip, my truck was really dirty, and it didn’t get all the way clean on the first run-through. Before i went into the 2nd tunnel for wax, a staff member, Louis asked me if i wanted to go through again for a rewash because he saw my truck was still dirty. It was free, and they even sprayed out the bed of my truck. Louis, an amazing employee, cares about his work and has and has an awesome work ethic i noticed. Thank you, and i will continue to return with my business because of awesome employees like Louis. Thank you for all your hard work!

I thought I would never use a automatic car wash ever, but I was wrong‼️ Shine time car wash, and Xpress wax is amazing‼️ I am a club member with all of my cars‼️ The cars come out amazing each time‼️‼️ keeping them looking new‼️‼️

Some bad customer support unfortunately. I came to get a quick car wash after driving a good bit. I pulled up to ask about the bugs on the front of the car. The guy upsold me to a higher package saying it should clean them off and if it doesn’t, I can run it through again and/or they will hand clean it. ($25) Running through twice did not work to clean any of it off. I spoke to a manager to see what they can do Their excuse: “this time of year we have a lot of bugs and they can’t do anything about it for you.” So this is a car wash that will upsell you and leave your car dirty. Not even a partial refund. This is just embarrassing. If anyone wants to reach out and give me a refund, I will take this review down.

We were in town to visit some relatives and had some time to kill. Our car was filthy and our family had a coupon for Lee’s Magic Tunnel Car Wash. we had also heard good things from some of our local friends.
At first, when we first arrived, the place looked a bit run down. I must admit our expectations were low. As soon as we arrived to the line we were instantly greeted by Ray who was very sweet and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the services provided and very engaged with the customers. So much so that I asked him if he was the owner. It is unusual these days to see employees that actually care about customer service. To our surprise, he replied that he was an employee but that he liked people and really cared about his job. The conversation with him was very refreshing and a great starter for a good customer experience.
At the time I was riding with my 8 y/o and, of course, she wanted to stay in the car to see what was so “magical” about the tunnel. This is normally not permitted but Ray understood the ask and made it happen. Everyone was very understanding and helpful with the situation. When we finally went through the tunnel, there is nothing really magical about it, but my daughter still had a blast. We came out of the tunnel and stepped out for the final touches. The guy working on the car spent at least 20 minutes going over every spot. The car sleeps outside and it had some really bad stains that he worked on specifically and kept going back inside to get different products to get them out. After that the car was ready and absolutely spotless.
Overall, It was a great experience and we feel like everyone gave their best. Kudos to Ray for being so kind and caring about the customers. We would definitely go back when we’re in town again.

First of all, I don’t usually post reviews…but as someone who considers paying someone to clean their car a treat and values the money I spend I felt I should share with others so they don’t waste their money. Outside was clean for the most part. The back had a few runs down it and there was dirt all around my car emblems but that is always an issue with car washes for whatever reason. But the inside was not at all what I expected for $39 + a $10 tip I gave them before seeing it because of how the place is laid out. But that’s on me.
I got the managers special and I specifically asked for the one with the most vacuuming…only the driver’s seat was vacuumed. I had to dust out the remaining seats. Everything they wiped down inside was streaked terribly and sorta sticky feeling. For the price, I expected a much cleaner inside and did not expect I’d have to go home vacuum it myself and rewipe everything down again to remove streaks. Definitely not worth the money when you have $10 drive-thru that will clean the outside similarly and knowing you still have to clean the inside yourself. I could have asked them to redo it I’m sure, but at that point the quality and integrity of their work was clear and I didn’t want them touching my vehicle any more.

I just went to get me car detailed about an hour ago. Waited for an hour for them to finish detailing my car. I was sitting in the waiting room and one of the workers comes in with my hat on. I wasn’t sure if it was mine so I went home to make sure it wasn’t there and turns out they stole my hat. They chose to steal my 25 dollar hat over the money and 200 dollar sunglasses in my glove compartment. I will not be going back to this car wash.

Great, quality productivity by the staff as well as friendly service.. This fast paced business is proof that you can work hard and enjoy your time at work nonstop. Oh and did I mention that they make any vehicle look and smell brand new from interior to exterior of every vehicle that comes through the wash!!

So I wait to visit Huntsville for a car wash if need be.

I saw a BOGO wash from the road so gave it a try ( you had to spend $20 or $25 to get that) I went with the most expensive wash since it would (so I was expecting) be free next time. It didn’t get the front, back, and handles, basically anything. I cleaned the inside and took pics. I went back through the line for them to fix it. Unlike other car washes there was NO ONE at the machine so after three horn honks someone came over. His solution? USE MY FREE CARWASH!!! 🤬 it’s still not clean so I will be going to spend $20 at Bubbles Express who actually cleans cars. I took a video but can’t post it 🙁

I am loyal Take 5 brand customer, and I am accustomed to their superior level of service. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED when I came here to wash my car. These gentlemen portrayed professionalism and a caring attitude! Zach explained all the available options to me, and Charles and Jason made sure the car was prepped to go into the wash.
There are FREE VACUUMS here, AS WELL AS FREE AUTO DETAIL PRODUCTS FOR YOUR USE. They only offer Armor All brand products, so you know you’re getting top-quality products! They have microfiber towels available as well, to make sure you don’t have fuzzies left all over your car.
The largest package is only $39.99 a month, which includes unlimited washes and drying. Other places charge you that much, but they don’t offer the amenities you will receive here.
I will DEFINITELY be back, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give this location on Waddell Drive off University Drive across from Target.
My experience at this location was less than satisfactory. The attendant question my membership even after I provide him proof that I purchased the top of the line car wash. I explained to the attendant that the machine did not give me a receipt which would have indicated the top value car wash purchased via my membership.. I have been a member of the Call Wash services for over two years are better. I did not understand why I was being treated the way I was treated by the attendant and his manager for whom he called on the phone.. this is unacceptable. I would like to know why if I am paying for the top wash I am only getting the wash below the top wash. Please advise.
Really nice wash, seems all new and i was actually met by the District Mgr.
I found out after wash that his name was Tyler and he spoke & handed me a totally free air freshener. The wash was great and clean, it has been dirty in the past but wow Take 5 has got a nice wash & car looks almost brand new again. Great Job 👍🏻
