At home, my car is garage-parked every day. When I visit Montgomery, I usually go to this location on Perry Hill because I park under a tree at my family’s home for a couple days (usually just the weekend). The quality of service at this location is subpar. The associates barely spray the pre wash solution on the vehicle and they never use a brush before you go through the wash. The wash misses a lot of spots. Today at the end of the wash, the last brush that drops down did not touch my hood at all! I usually get the Protect Wash that includes the tire shine.

I have a monthly subscription and have been using for two months now. Their staff work very hard to make sure all supplies (towels, window cleaner, etc) are ready for you. I love being able to get a wash and then vacuum out all the debris that gets tracked into the car. Very happy with Rich’s and hope they keep up the good work! Was there today and still great!

I have used this location since 2016 and was very pleased with the outcome. Typically always get “the works” wash. May just be me but seems like the wax quality is down. Used to come out with a super slick shine and now doesn’t even feel like any wax was even applied. And now this isn’t an old vehicle, not even six months old.

Love this location. There’s this one guy whom I’ll get his name next time that always go over and beyond for me. Ensuring that I’m happy with my services. Even helped me clean my tires. && I’ve experienced him do this with other people as well. I really appreciate that guy and the services I receive here.
The vacuums all have good suction and the wash itself is good. Towels and window cleaner is always available. I recommend this location 1000 times.
Update* The Guy name is Chris. Everyone love him. He’s always very helpful.
The new brushes for the bug station are useless. Also it’s hot out… when asked to wet the towels the GUY said no it was hot and they’ll keep dying out.

What makes me hate it is how the guy stands over people while they are making their car wash purchases. Makes me uncomfortable and makes me feel like he is trying to indenty theft me. I mean dog. I can read just fine and pretty others can to . Don’t need him standing over us watching us pay as if we are dumb and can’t read or follow directions.

Keon’s customer service is by far the best I’ve received at any car wash! They were out of the cute little yellow car air fresheners, which was a bomber but it’s okay! I got the $25 wash and it was well worth it! Clean and friendly environment I will be returning ❤️

Always staffed with polite employees. Car wash does a great job and usually isn’t nearly as busy as some other locations. Very pleased with the service and am happy to be a monthly member.

Very good staff, has some items available for user like paper towels. They use to have some cleaners as well. Would like to see the air pressure blower available and maybe tire air pressure filling stations. Overall good experience
