I went today at 11:50am it was empty and they are just horrible at drying the car. You spend so much money for a car wash and it still comes out dirty. If the place is empty I expect to at-least take their time with drying the car. In the picture you can see also my dash board wasn’t wiped down had to do it myself. If I’m spending all this money $30 I want it perfect especially if the place is empty no cars behind.

Great car wash. If you get the platinum with the interior clean, ask for Rivero! He was amazing and found my Bose earbuds way under a seat I thought were lost forever!

Terrible experience. I immediately noticed a small crack on my windshield right after my car was washed which I know was not there previously as the crack was directly in front of my view after the wash. I spoke with the owner Gus and he refused to accept responsibility for the crack and said there was no way his machine’s could have done it. Gus was rude and abrasive and never returned any of my subsequent calls from either me or my husband. Each time I stopped by, they was not there. I was a great customer prior to this but I will never be back. Do not have your car washed there unless you want to end up with damage that they will not take responsibility for.

This used to be a favorite facility for getting my car washed when in the area. Unfortunately the last wash purchased was far from great. The inside windows were left smeared while the tires were not armoured as per my request. I think it’s under new management but I’m not sure.

They make my car squeaky clean, best crews ever! When they do car wash they make sure its super clean inside out. I got the regular carwash & vacume package. Car is vacumed, windows, doors and dashbards are also sprayed and wiped clean, very clean.
Today i got a quick detail for the passenger seat for $65, somebody puked on it. Got the service right away, took 30 min to clean the mess and wash the car.
Full car detailing needs appointment. Uber/Lyft/Taxi have special rates. lots of crews are working on different areas.
Drivers have warm waiting areas for seating with restrooms. Theres coffee, food, drinks and car stuffs and accesories you can buy..

They are absolutely amazing! We went in a trail with our Jeep wrangler and got stuck in a mud hole. We took the Jeep there and they did a full detail and wash on the car. The Jeep came out looking brand new! Definitely recommend them 100%!!!! Will be coming back here!

@Soft Touch Car Wash. I won’t be reading your response since the time to resolve the issue amicably was when it was first brought to your attention. This review was written to inform customers of common business practices followed by management.
Service has gone downhill. I ordered their superior interior + platinum service. Their machine broke my car antenna. I brought it to the attention of the manager, no refund or discount as offered. It doesn’t matter if a part costs $15.00 or $20.00, we have to be accountable for our actions, specially when we conduct business. The employees did a great job.
Last month, i ordered their gold service but they went ahead and ordered the more expensive platinum service. When i brought it to the attention of the supervisor that handles the tickets, he told me it only cost a little bit more. A customer should not be imposed a service he did not asked for. They did brought back the ticket to gold service, but the experience left a bad aftertaste.
The employees do a great job with the cleaning, but management needs to evaluate their customer approach. They lost two regular high paying customers . Please find a place that don’t cheat you out of your money. Not recommended.

Bad customer service and workers have attitude as if they are washing your car for free. I had a free “shine and drive” wash and the app showed I can upgrade to “Gold wash” for $12.99 but they claimed it’s $19.99 despite showing them what the app said. That’s after giving me an attitude why I didn’t tell them at the beginning I have a free wash. They didn’t even clean the car well and had to do the rest by hand. Not going here again

Went to this car wash first time. Car was not very dorty. Took the 24.99 super wash which supposedly included undercarriage cleaning, polish and tyre polish. They did a very poor job. Bird poop was still stuck on the trunk and windscreen when they handed the car to me. Did not wipe the water down. side skirts did had dirt on it. Did not even clean the sideview mirrors with water marks on them. Disappointed. They just drove the car out of the wash to the corner and told literally in 3 minutes that it is done. I had to point every spot to make them clean it. Only positive thing is that it was quick.
Could be a better service with wiping down the water after washing, but they crew is fast and the prices are better than the competition in Manhattan, the distance between two plays a role in the $$$. I have been here multiple times. I would recommend it, you get what you pay for, there are many options for your budget to consider.

Amazing! Fast oil change and car wash. Last oil change is 8:45 PM which I did not know and we got there at 7:30 PM. They took us right away. Excellent customer service.
There are only a few drive through car washes in Manhattan but this one is the best. I stopped by while my wife was getting minor surgery at HSS and it was quick and painless (the car wash). Also very reasonably priced (the car wash).
