I came early this morning around 8 am and paid for their best wash. There was about 10 cars at the location both the young girl and the other kid “manager on duty” never notified any of the customers that the vacuums were not working and are shut off. Went to the other side where they were supposedly working. Suction was horrible wouldn’t pick anything up in my car. I was there for less than 3 min. Asked for a refund said they couldn’t do it. Asked them why not and they said technically you did get a car wash…told them that my car wash included vacuuming and they said no that’s optional. Asked for the managers information and they said we can’t give you that. Wouldn’t even give me his name or the store phone number until after 3 times of asking. I could have gone to the gas station closer to my house for the same $22 and still not have had my car vacuum but I needed it so I came here to give them my business but that was pointless… I could have paid $10 more and gone to an actual car wash and had it done.
I understand that it’s not both the young kids faults and they are just being told what to do and say in the event of any escalation / negative experience the customers may have but all the answers they were giving me sounded so scripted and robotic. No customer service. Not only that but they also refused to find a solution to my problem. It sucks .. I just paid for an additional wash down the street for another $30 … this whole thing could have been avoided if they put cones were the vacuums were not functioning at all as well as notified us before we paid / heard about the monthly membership they are trying to sell us.
This must be a regular complaint because the MOD kept repeating even if my manager was here you wouldn’t get a refund because you technically did get a car wash and he’s told us times to tell that to our customers .. vacuuming is optional

Love this place! Staff is always awesome. They have compressed air hoses at the vacuums perfect for blowing out my wheels and excess water before drying. We pay 1 low monthly price for unlimited washes on both our cars, and we use it A LOT! Seems like they have a little bit of a turn over but that never affects their service, their staff is always on it and the place is neat and clean. Have an issue, or need some help? Don’t hesitate to ask and they will bend over backwards to take care of whatever you need. We literally been going here for almost 5 years and I really don’t use any other car washed except for a coin op on the other side of town if I can’t make it here. Still number one!

Got a free car wash just for subscribing! I’m happy! Drive through wash is great, air blowing is good, but needed a little extra towel dry done by myself. Vacuums are also available. I’ll be back, they offer a great monthly package deal.

Carwash is very nice its an automatic car wash. The only issue which is with plenty of car washes is it starts to scratch your car after going there many times, which create a small patch of no paint on your car. There prices are very good and they have a deal that if you pay 20-30 (i don’t exactly remember the price) you could get a car wash everyday for free for the rest of the month. There’s a 5 minute vacuum cleaner for car wash guest. There’s music on while your getting your car wash and vacuuming your car.

Came to get the monthly pass or gift card as a Father’s Day gift and was told there are no gift cards. Ok, no worries, I’ll pay for the monthly pass and put it in a card. That’s not available either. What? The guy says you have to pay for it and get the sticker. I said yes, that’s what I’d like to do. He said, “But we can’t give you the sticker.” It has to go on the car. I explained it would go on his car. Still no. Ok, I asked for the owners name and number and refused the information. Refused? Yes, refused! Went to the website… no info!

Price starts at $7 for the basic car wash + free vacuum all the way to $24 at the time of this review. They have at least 30 car ports to vacuum/dry your car which is pretty good for the location they are in. The car ports are clean too. They have the usual vacuum suctions + air compressor to dry your car at each car port. They don’t have a spot to hang your car mat so you can thoroughly vacuum your car mats outside your vehicle. Other than that, pretty good car wash experience.
Too good to be true? Yup! Started here when they first opened. This has been the only car wash my brand new vehicle has gone to. It was great until it wasn’t.
We had technical issues resulting in streaks of wax on my brand new vehicle multiple times, a dismissive manager, then a sudden price hike nearly $10 after being a loyal customer through the difficulties. They did get a new manager, which helped address the technical issues (regular maintenance on the equipment), but with a high turnover of staff, I consistently had to remind staff to completely dry my vehicle to avoid wax streaks.
I would not recommend the dry/ wax option if you have a white vehicle. It has created a layer of wax on top of partially cleaned paint, which now must be professionally buffed out. My vehicle has wax on top of dirt. So all the money I thought I was saving I’ll have to now spend to correct my paint.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place broke my mirror and the attendant waited forever before getting someone to retrieve it. Awful service do not come here if you care about keeping your car in one piece. They offer no compensation or apologies for damage.
Edit: for their questions. It was in perfect condition and it is indeed the original mirror on my vehicle that I now have to replace. The air dryer did this to my vehicle. When I went to talk to a staff member they said nothing about any video and simply said that the car wash would take no responsibility for a damaged mirror. They only offered a refund for the service after I spent 10 minutes asking for an explanation or compensation of some kind.
Great place to wash car. Lots of vacuum bays with good suction. Air hoses for blowing water out. Well maintained site clean. Extra hand services available as well. Mid priced for self wash.
Found this car wash place when im driving around after work. And my car needed a wash. So its my first time here.
Natalie was the one that helped me, she explained everything well, and so i choose the highest one, i paid $25. So its said wax and polish wash.
Went it to tunnel, and damn the car in the front and mine looks so close, its scare me a little, ive been to other drive thru car wash but they usually space it out, not too close. So i really kept my eyes open and pay attention. But when in the tunnel done, i drive and park at the vacumming area, the vaccumm was ok but not too strong. I keep hearing loud air, and i look there carpet vacumm was broken and its on the floor.
And when i checked my car there was still alot of dirt, not clean, missed alot of spot. And still alot of water.
After i done, i drove away, and was thinking how come i didnt see any wax polish, but i paid for it. My car doesnt look like have any wax and polish.
And now i got home, and i check the yelp page, there are second tunnel for the wax and polish. I was like. OMg , i didnt go in that tunnel. So sadly i paid the wax and polish wash but didnt get the service. No one tell me or instruct me to go second tunnel. I didnt know that its seperate tunnel, not like other drive thru car wash that ive been too, everything in 1 tunnel.
Overall for the quality that i got was not good for the price that i paid, so my 1st experience here wasnt that great.
Maybe someone should tell the customer before get in the tunnel, to let them know if they need to go 2nd tunnel for the one that paid wax and polish.
