Best car wash in all of L.A.! They have wipe down the inside, and practically detail it. My windows have NEVER been left with streaks! they get under the seats and vacuum. I told him the side is all trash, he then asked me to take it out because he didn’t know what was trash. I stated “that’s all trash” and he said well today you take it out.I Love this place because it’s convenient, affordable and pricing works but I’m not okay with that type of attitude and claiming to be the Owner.
Anyways, my car’s almost ready in less than 20 min 🤗
If it’s Policy for Customers to take out the side trash please state it for us to see and if it’s not, please address this concert with the Owners.

If you want the back to be thoroughly vacuumed, you have to oversee this part, or ask to vacuum it more thoroughly yourself. However, it seems that whenever I get my car cleaned, the windows are NEVER properly done. Usually it’s just a few streaks, which, while annoying, don’t impact my ability to see too badly. But the last time I went, when I left the place the windows looked fine. But a few hours after whatever solution used had dried, my right side windows are nothing but a mess. And how is it only the right side windows? Went to get car wash last Thursday and paid for $15 wash. Was charged $30 when transaction posted. Came back to get the extra $15 refunded and was told to come back on Wednesday. I’m sorry but I don’t have the time to run back and forth to a car wash to get a very simple error corrected. Intake person was just short of rude but very dismissive. I was then told to call another person for assistance. Still no help even though I have my bank information and the receipt which shows $15 but out of my account is $30. I will not be coming back to this establishment and encourage future patrons who may want to use this location to pay in cash only. Trying to get a simple solution where there is clear evidence of an error should not be this difficult.
By the way you end up doing most of the work yourself as this place no longer vacuums the car for you like they did previously and no real after wash service save for cursory wiping of windows at the end of the wash.

The price is right $13 for a SUV $7 for sedans. Included in the cost is a free micro fiber towel and you also get your choice from a large variety free Little Trees or Areon air fresheners. It’s a drive through wash.Before you go in to the soft cloth car wash you are greeted by a gentleman who does a pre-wash then carefully guides you on to the track which pulls you through the wash.
At the end of the of the automated wash. Another man is there to finish up the wash by quick drying the car and adding a shine to the wheels. Then, you have the option use very powerful unlimited vacuuming and air blowers to get water out of the cracks and dust out of the crevices. Overall Jet Express Car Wash is a fulfilling experience. If you are like me you want to tell everybody about the great deal you got and show off your clean machine. I highly recommend the business.

When addressed with the staff, the response was rude and “well no one else complains.” Refused to give money back and said to come back when manager is working and shrugged it off. Love La Brea Express, it’s my favorite local car wash. My only complaint is they don’t carry products or services to get hardened stains off the car like sap or bird poo.
I just wish that they had detail because it don’t get your car real clean but it gets the job done
Quick, easy, cheap! My go-to car wash. Every wash comes with a wet wipe to clean the inside and free vacuums.
Nice quick 5 minute car wash to get the job done. Very crowded during peak hours so avoid weekend mornings as here is no vacuums available.
Not bad just don’t come on a Saturday
