Amazing car wash experience! Whatever they use cleans it deep and keeps it clean for at least a week despite the rain. They hand brush the car at the entrance, then foam, “octopus scrubber”, power wash, another rinse, wash and power dry. Outside in the shaded areas, they have powerful vacuums and air hoses for the interior and they have clean towels for final drying & touchups. They restock them frequently; I’ve been there couple of times and there are always available. I think they operate with recycle water and solar power so is better for the environment than washing at home. Not even 70% of the dirt off. I understand the guarantee of not getting everything but this is unacceptable. I hope the manager reads this, because when I complained your staff about this butchery of a job, a staff told me, in his own words said“should go to a better place” and if your workers are talking bad about this business that speaks a thousand words of why not to come here. I was also insulted and said I should of payed for the best one, it was a 7 dollar difference and I doubt the quality of work would of done a difference. I would not back there anymore even they give good service. Today I went to wash my car, the guy started to soak my car and after he asked me: do you give good tips? I said what do you mean? I said that I don’t have money on purpose and he said: you are driving a Mercedes? I said: because you drive a Mercedes mean that everywhere you go to throw money on people? And he just walk away and have another guy wash the car. And he was very rude to me. Always a problem with this place. DONT EVER GET A PREMIUM WASH WITH TIRE SHINE!,
1 OF 2 THINGS WILL HAPPEN.
1. They won’t have any tire shine(you’ll just be charged without actually getting any)
2. IF! they have it, and that’s a BIG IF!, The Machines will make sure to spread it all over your car and Wheels not just your tire.
It’s like pick your poison with this place. Only reason I keep coming back it’s because it’s constantly under new management always new hope but always same disappointment.

Messed up my tire, wash lasted less than a minute, staff super disrespectful. Paid 20 something dollars just for garbage. I fear if you trained a monkey to wash your car it would do a better job than this trash.
I was thinking about canceling my membership but today I ran into 2 wonder people Xa and Mike at the Pines location. Today was the first time anyone at spoken to me at this location. They were very professional, they introduced themselves, the towel smelled freshed and was enough for all the customers to use while there . And overall I WONT BE CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP thanks to them. The only thing CAN YOU PLEAE FIX THE VACUUMS to work and work STRONGER.
