Update. They have changed the brushes but the back of car is even dryer than before. See pics.
Its been renewed. Free vaccuums for all but dislike that back of vehicle is neglected. Previous owners would pass a wet brush, like a pre-soak, on the rear of vehicle. I have a small suv and my tailgate will be untouched by the machines inside the wash tunnel. I don’t recommend this business! Poor car waxing, the machine does not dry and it always stain your car with soap. In addition the machine broke a part of my car and immediately I informed one of the employees, the employee said that my car was old and that this part was already broken before the wash (unbelievable to hear that), he collected my name, phone number and other informations and after 5 days no one from the company got back to me. However, they are not all that powerful. The procedure is to vacuum your car first then merge back in line for the wash that you already paid for. Because they did not ask to see my receipt and my car was not marked in anyway, I was curious about how they knew what services I paid for. The was was good, except the wheels and hubcaps were not specifically cleaned, which was a feature I paid extra for. They were not really clean. You have the option to get out and vacuum your car yourself, or you can skip that part and proceed straight to the car wash. You get to stay in your car during the wash, which was convenient (and entertaining) with a kid. All was great, however, as other reviewers have mentioned, there are no towel dryers at the end! So all the wet spots on the windows/windshields/mirrors just dried and look dirty, and the blow dryers blew all the dirt and water onto my trunk/back of car, so the back of my car looks like it was never washed! Had there been towel dryers, this wouldn’t be an issue and I’d give it 5 stars. Initially, there seemed to be an issue with the automated purchase machine. It didn’t recognize I was parked in front of it and ready to pay. It kept telling me to pull forward until I ended up losing my place and had to go around the block. When I did get it to work, I chose the $27.00 “Diamond” service and found the service was very disappointing. My car was no cleaner when I left than when I arrived. Watermarks and streaks everywhere. I ended up washing my car by hand when I got home. Which I will do in the future rather than spend my hard earned money and gas to repeat this experience. Very disappointing. One star is generous.
Terrible car wash. Spent $20 fir the touchless wash and car was filthy after (see last 2 pictures, same result on other areas of car including windows). Attendant mentioned that machine was having issues the past few days, if so, why keep it open and charge people. He used his card to allow me use the self wash bay for free but since he was finishing his shift, it wasn’t long enough to clean the car. I went back and spent another $16 for the self wash bay and the car still isn’t clean (see first 2 pics), not sure what’s going on here, I followed the procedure outlined in the wash bay and have never had these issues with various washes in Malde and along rout 1 in Sagus/Peabody. So I spent $36 and still have a dirty car
A long line of cars with confusion on how to enter the car wash, but it didn’t take long to run through. Vacuum was free which added a plus to the experience.
This car wash is a rip off. I had dirt on my car after driving through a construction area in a parking garage. The car wash did nothing. Pictures are from after the wash.
The touchless wash doesn’t go low enough on the car, doesn’t dry at all and drips some soap down around the car at the end.
The regular car wash used to be good but the final rinse hasn’t worked in probably 6 or 8 months so it leaves you soapy and the coatings don’t get properly rinsed off.
I have the pass and come here frequently so it would be nice if things actually worked at this location.
I suppose I could always drive to Waltham or better yet get a hose and clean my own car.
