I have been coming here since 2018 and it has declined rapidly. I got there at 8 AM when they opened and I was there for two hours and 45 minutes for them to do an oil change and wash my vehicle. I would’ve spent $30 on the car wash if it wasn’t for my extremely expensive $10 off coupon that I got from doing the oil change. There’s still dirt on the dash and it doesn’t even look like they vacuumed. I got a basic wash just inside and out, plus I asked for dog hair removal.. came out to $31. They estimated my time of wait to 25 minutes, which I was totally fine with. An hour went by and they told me my car was done, but all I did was look in the window and I could still see a BUNCH of dog hair. So I told the manager who was no more than useless, he had a guy get more dog hair out he said.. and an hour later I ask for my first receipt so I could see what time I came in. I got there no later than 12:20 PM because I called at 12:08 and was only a 4 minute drive away, and here it was past 2:00.. with the man behind the desk telling me that I got there at 1:00. So around 2:15 PM comes around and how they give my car back is leaving it in the busy parking lot with the ignition ON and alone. I get in my car and all I see is dog hair, 2 hours of my time waiting, unhappy with my service, nobody even cared. I am commenting the pictures of the end result, because I could have done a better job with a lint roller and a self serve carwash. I reccomend anyone looking to get their money’s worth to NOT go here. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and a complete rip off! I keep the monthly membership here and have for some years. The car wash is as good as can be expected for an automatic wash, but the staff- the staff make this the best car wash in town. They are friendly and efficient, and when they notice my kids in the backseat, sometimes they will soap their windows and draw them a heart or a smiley face. It’s the little things, ya know? I’ve been coming here for several years. I never have any issue- the vacuums work well- they have a mat washing station and ample space. If you have any issues the workers there are always pleasant. I got a membership and was helped by Destinee who is awesome!
I stopped by to wash and vacuum my car and locked my keys in my car. Destinee was so awesome and helped me find a locksmith. We made several calls until we found someone to unlock my car. Destinee allowed me to wait in the office and was super friendly and so willing to help!! Thank you DESTINEE for being awesome!!!
Staff at the beginning were good. Paid $16 for wash with wheels. No humans at the end for a quick wipe after the dryers and the rotating chamois driver didn’t drop down so we drove off with a lot of water left on our car.
