I have been a regular customer for YEARS. They were always quick, kind and friendly. They did a great job and my car always looked spotless.
Now they changed their model to a self service car wash where you have to do it yourself with basically the same price as before. You have lost a regular and happy customer
I was using this place regularly, but with their recent renovations the quality has gone down. The rags may say they’re clean but many hold dirt still that causes swirl marks on paint and when you pay for the hand wash the wax is still all over the car. Sometimes its not apparent at first but after about a day you see many dry wax spots on the windows, plastic trim and paint as well. I hope they read these reviews and try going back to how they were a year ago. The quality is just terrible now.
Also, moving from hand washing to scrubbers was a terrible move. Might as well go to a local gas station car wash, at least there you’ll pay half the price.
