a week agoI love Costco. Great place to shop for my family especially the Signal Hill location. I also worked here a long time ago during the holidays. It was great to work with them too.in the last weekIf you Google Costco, ask if you can buy from the food court, it responds yes you can. You don’t need a membership. Its on tiktok too you dont need a membership to buy from food court. Today I stood in a long line to order a pizza. Only for them to tell me i need a membership. I’m 70 yrs old. It’s hot and tiring. I have brought to their attention that their flowers are cut off from the top and 24 roses are actually just 16 roses because 8 are just missing, but she does not seem to be care about that and also said there is no refund for that since i have not brought roses which i have already presented back to their store. Despite the overwhelming rush of customers which is a common spectacle, the staff impresses with their excellent management and efficient handling of the crowd. They perform their duties with a professionalism that truly embodies the spirit of Costco.
Parking can occasionally be a bit of a challenge due to the high traffic volume, but this is a small inconvenience in light of the overall shopping experience. The in-store amenities are numerous, and the pharmacy stands out particularly. The pharmacy technician, Jenn, demonstrates stellar service, embodying an upbeat, positive demeanor that brightens your day. She rectified a price error on one of my medications with such swift grace, it seemed effortless.
The snack bar is also a buzzing hub within the store, constantly busy serving up their delectable treats. A suggestion for improvement would be the incorporation of kiosk ordering at the snack bar, similar to other Costco locations, to streamline the process and better serve the high customer volume.
This Costco location delivers an exceptional shopping experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in the Cypress area. Their staff, especially the likes of Jenn at the pharmacy, and their wide range of products never fail to impress. The busy nature of the store is a testament to its popularity and the value it provides to the community.
a month agoIf there is a choice for zero star, then I would have selected that choice. It was the worst experience for me at Cypress Costco Tire department. I checked in at 9:50am and there were three people ahead of me. I was told the wait is 1.5 to 2 hours at the most. After two hours of waiting, they still have not move my car in for service. I finally approached the person at the counter and asked how much longer, he told me alright let me check to see where your car is. All other people were also waiting and we just looked at each other and wondered if anyone is working. This is the worst place to get your tires replaced. It is not worth the money for the time you have to wait. Better parking than most Costco parking4 weeks agoGood location as pretty much other costcos I’ve visited before. The workers were nice and friendly. The one main difference about this location is that they sometime sell more exotic Asian food to cater to more of their customers.

Fantastic!! Currently (since resurfacing the parking areas), they’ve been opening at 9am. Perfect time to avoid the crowds. Got in, got out. It’s worth the membership as well. Such great deals on a variety of quality products.
They are often out of certain products; for example, they only have staples, like water or mac and cheese about half the time I go there. You have to be very careful selecting fruit, as it is often bad or on the verge of going bad. Our local grocery store charges more for produce, but the quality is much better. In sum, the prices are good but the selection and quality are not.
I love this store and it’s close. But the parking lot is super bad. Half of the lot is closed off for some reason and it’s been like that for months!! I always pass by to see if I can park but there’s never room. I end up driving to the Monterey Park location, which has a way bigger parking lot.

I never found parking at all today. Ended up just leaving… there’s even traffic on the street trying to get into the parking lot. This location needs more space! Don’t come here
Pizza is good! The more heavy set supervisor I believe his name is Jake at the food court walks around like he’s the CEO of Costco. He needs to calm down! Other than that I love me some pizza!!
