Excellence in all!!!
Costco employees are so amazing! So patient! 7 employees helped me and my family members today!
All were so cheerful, helpful and kind! Customers are/ could be a little stressed during this time, and the workers handled it with grace and ease.
I observed an elderly disabled customer handled with excellence: patience, kindness, helpfulness, at several places:
1. Optical, eye glasses both places were very helpful to this customer.
2. I was looking for TP and was told they were sold out, but calmly: more is coming. That’s the way to keep folks calm Costco!!
3. Check out was a zoo! I couldn’t deal with the speed, but they did!! Lots of customers all worried about the VIRUS! Customer service was spectacular even though the customer was difficult. Then they packed us up beautifully!
4. The Snack help was kind, professional, smart! Very fast, nice clean snack bar even with the huge load of customers.
5. And finally… I observed two loaders helping a customer put a huge gardening box in a car. It was so heavy!!, and they didn’t complain at all!!
They were great! Then we got help next, very professional, fast, kind, done!!

My go to in the neighborhood for pretty much all my shopping. I wish they had alcohol but superior liquors is nearby and gets the job done, I do miss Kirkland brand booze – I know there is one or two locations in all of the state – I believe the nearest is Arvada? Every time I walk by the chicken bake it tempts me but I have not had one in many many years… very grateful for having the great pricing and options – I do wish I could impact some of the “healthy” options as each location has variable levels of these brands.

So my family came over to my house with my granddaughters. I told them I was planning to go to Costco to go grocery shopping for my work and myself. They decided to come with me to Superior that is close to my home. I got two carts full. I told them to divide the carts so we can go faster. The cashier where my son in law went to was rude and told us we couldn’t do that. I couldn’t understand, because I was paying for both carts. They were my carts. Bad call! So the manager was called and I explained myself. The Manager told me my daughter and son in law could get their own membership, I was kind of confused so I kept telling her they have a membership and I kept thinking they don’t need me to buy for them they have their own membership. Still, I didn’t understand why that matter when those were my carts.
I don’t know if Lori The “Manager” believe me or not, but she was very professional and nice to us! I found out in the car going home though that my daughter and her husband Costco card expired. They also told me that they were thinking to renew but after this fiasco they decided to stay just with Sam, because they don’t like to be treated as delinquents. I can get very bold when I think I am treated unfairly, but The Manager was calm and collected so it was easy for me to stay calm too. People can be taking advantage of stores, etc., but some of us are oblivious to these things. We are not all the same and there should be a line on how to treat and inform customers of the rules. My family and I like to be treated fairly and with respect as everybody else.
I am very grateful for The Manager and appreciate very much her professionalism, but thanks to the cashier lack of tact my daughter and son in law will not be coming back to renew their membership and I probably will be doing the same if the manager was as bad as the cashier.
As always Costco in Superior is a great place for groceries and essentials. We visit this Costco every week for our groceries. It has good stick all the essential items and services to meet the needs of customers. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. They have ample parking and a gas station too. Will recommend everyone
I stopped here on 24 Aug 2023 for some water while on vacation/dropping off my daughter for her Freshman year in college because purchasing $8/bottle of water is just ridiculous at a hotel. I didn’t get an opportunity to walk through every aisle in this warehouse, so my viewpoint of this Costco isn’t as robust as my previous Costco reviews. The warehouse wasn’t busy at all which was nice for a change because the Costco I often go to in Las Vegas is always busy no matter the day or time.
The thing about Costco is sometimes it can be a challenge and a downright mystery to find certain items. You could be going to the same location for months to get that certain item, and that one day you visit, it’s moved to another location opposite side of the facility. I went towards the area which normally the cases of water are stocked and I was shocked to see it located somewhere else. This is one thing I wish all Costco locations would adopt in their operations…the concept of standardization and keeping popular items at the same location, every time, and every Costco locations.
The employees at this Costco were very friendly. I went through self check-out and the individual assisting me scanned all the items in my cart really fast which made the process a lot more pleasant. This is the kind of service I always enjoy at every Costco I’ve experienced so far. Again, I didn’t get much items except for cases of water, but for the short time I visited this warehouse, I enjoyed it and would recommend others to get a membership.
