Favorite place to shop. The food court now has a kiosk for you to order and pay for your food and then get in line to pick up the order. Super good idea. It will save a lot of time in line.

My husband and I love to go there especially buy a lot of water and ice are necessary in LA . Nice shopping and beef are amazing!
Costco is one of my favorite places to shop. But if they don’t begin to triage authentic service animals from ordinary pets, it won’t be much longer. The Burbank, CA store is overrun with pets, in shopping carts, baby strollers, and shoppers’ arms, as well as on long long leashes that threaten to trip up or wrap around shoppers. In California, it violates state Dept. of Health regulations for pets to be allowed in places selling groceries, which Costco certainly is. This needs to STOP! promptly, Costco.
Cashier Cindy, register number 14 – is the most disgusting employee of this store. She was very rude and disrespectful at checkout. me and my husband do our shopping in costco not the first time, we never had any problems with the membership or our cards. But Cindy said what’s wrong with the cards. We did not understand what happened, because this employee did not even try to talk to us or solve the problem. She called another employee and whispered to him so that we would not hear her. when we asked what was going on? what’s the problem? Cashier Cindy didn’t look at us and continued to ignore us. My husband and I felt like some sort of criminals and humiliated customers. we never figured out what the problem was. the manager came up and said that this was some kind of mistake and everything was fine with us. but cashier Cindy didn’t even apologize for her unprofessional behavior. I demand the dismissal of this employee. it ruins the reputation of this store. we are respectable clients and people who want the same attitude towards themselves.
