I have been going to this Costco for 15 years+. Always have an overall great experience. They are always restocking items as quick as they fly off the shelves. Friendly staff, clean store.
What can I say, they have great deals on so many items. Recently got a TV there and didnt break the bank. Groceries are always great. Clothing is nice. Indoor/outdoor items are always great quality. Love Costco
I like shopping Costco. Meats are good. Prepared foods are typically tasty. I found my favorites . I live both in Nashville and Southern California and I cannot find all of the same items in both stores . That’s a bit frustrating. All the products are good and when they’re marked out with a sale price, they’re even better.
I have been to this Costco several times and it has been great experiences until yesterday. Things changed. I used to be able to get help from self checkout until yesterday, things seemed odds, they let me scan my own items, which is totally fine. But here are the issues I encountered:
1. There was no scan gun and I had to physically take each item on the scanner to scan.
2. I constantly got alert like the items has to stay in the cart and once scanned, they had to be moved to the scale, then moved back to the shopping cart.
3. I was told I cannot put a box or my own bag on the scale. I can only leave the box in the cart and THEN I can transfer the scanned items from the scale to the cart. (At this point I almost wanted to just leave the cart there and walk out)
4. Some items like bananas and avocados and halo mandarin orange cannot go on the scale after being scanned, they had to go to the cart because they think I will smash the produce. (What?)
5. I forgot my Visa card in my car and I only had cash. But self checkout doesn’t take cash and I was told to go to the red desk to have someone take care of my order. I waited there for 10 minutes straight, the two employees were more concerned about chatting with each other about their kids than helping me. It took me half an hour to finish the checkout process to finally pay the bill for 17 items.
Since when do they change the management? It was such a very unpleasant and exhausting experience. Why would Costco employees just stand on the side to train me as a consumer instead of coming to help scan the items?
This Costco is the best. It can get busy, but all lines generally move quickly. Awesome deals on everything and high-quality items
