a month agoI absolutely love this Costco location. I started going to this one regularly after I moved a few years ago, and there has not been an issue so far. As always, the employees take care of their store and ensure that it is both clean and safe. A must for shoppers6 months agoThis is a busy, but well organized location. What tripped me off, initially, was that it is a mirror image from the locations that I usually frequent. However, once you get your head around that, you will find that it is a well stocked and clean Costco.3 weeks agoWay to go…Costco working with its suppliers to reduce raw material used for packaging. Dont throw out the ‘old’ jars of fancy nuts, reuse them after purchasing the bag. ❤️ Also love the one-stop shop experience. So I tried to go in store to get money back from an online order that is now on sale.
They couldn’t do the price difference in store so I have to use the app which is going to be difficult for me to understand. Or I can call and wait on hold for a half hour to 45 minutes and keep getting hung up on.
So you know what I can do that is going to cost Costco more money? I’m going to return the one I bought online and buy another one so Costco administration has to pay for shipping.

The people that work on your front lines are all amazing, kind, compassionate, human beings. But it is very apparent from your corporate policies over the last 6 months that you are no longer customer focused.
That will have short-term gains and long-term consequences. What I mean by that is I’m not going to pretend the people who are high up at corporate Costco are ignorant.
You don’t make it to be setting corporate policies if a person isn’t smart. Which means not accepting price differentials in store is a decision to try and dissuade customers from going through the hoops to get money back.
Short-term gains. Instead I can just say bump that and then you can pay return packaging and return shipping and then future shipping which is what I’m going to do.

I love this location in Avondale. By far cheaper gas than the nearby Chevron that is $0.50 per gal higher. During week is best to shop or eat here as weekends are crazy busy.
This is the place you get value for money if you are a Costco member. One of them is refilling the propane which is $2.54 per gallon and $11.43 at max to fill the empty cylinder.
One thing needs to be careful when buying salads when we find it expires the same day they are selling. Even looking at it, they were definitely old. So, ensure to check the condition and its expiry date.
This is a great store. I use several in the valley and sadly, this one is the one I use the most but that is due to the incredibly crowded parking lot. It is not the fault of Costco so I will not negatively review them, but that parking lot is complete Chaos during busy hours.
The store is nice and clean and they have the usual staples that we have all come to love from Costco.
It’s generally a good Costco, but it’s always really crowded. They’re building a lot of new ones in town, but the crowds haven’t quite moved all out to them yet. Otherwise the food court’s good and they have a pretty good selection of fresh food, produce and bakery.
I never leave bad reviews, but today was shocking for me. I’ve always had great experiences at any Costco. Employees are always polite and helpful. I went to self checkout today at 5:44pm when a cashier named Laura was extremely rude, short lady in the most nasty tone told me I did something wrong which I didn’t do anything different from any of the other 1000 times I’ve been here. If I did do something wrong, I surely didn’t do it on purpose. I’m probably the most politest person you can come across. I didn’t expect this type of rudeness from an employee at Costco. I didn’t react or engage with her, I politely paid for my food and left. Laura shouldn’t be able to work in a position that has to be around people. Specifically customer service.
