3 weeks agoBad experience today, I ask a question Sabruna in costo restaurant and this lady talks to me like a Dog, she was yelling at me and makes me feel so embarrassed in front of everybody, employees like her make you loose customer..in the last weekHorrible ! If i could put negative stars i would ! i was putting gas and was trying to pay and a lady who was working the shift around 6pm today 9/12/23 She has blonde hair . Just came up with a little flash light as was Pointing it close to the Keypad and didn’t even ask me if she could check something or even get that close to me. i shook it off Continued to pump my gas and there was a an older guy behind my pump and tried to get Assistance and she got so much attitude and said “ scan your membership, we do this everytime nothing new” If she said that to my Loved one I would have knocked her teeth out Very disgusting attitude !11 months agotheir garlic chicken wings are really yummy, soft and yummy but ….. their chicken wings has hair in it , like I was eating and saw chicken skin hair and I was like eww 🤢 this is like dead meat , like dead body still with skin and hair and 😱🤢🤮 I felt disgusted and that disgusting made me throw up . Every single time their garlic chicken wings have skin with hair on it 😱🤢🤮 tried again and again and every single time hair there 😰😭 too bad , because really yummy 🤤 but I quess they stress workers to do it fast , and pressure gets them not fully hair removed from chicken wings . The prices are generally very good, and the selection is wide. The store is also clean and well-organized. However, the lines can be long, especially on weekends. Overall, Costco is a great option for those who are looking for a one-stop shop for their everyday needs.PS: Sometimes I go there just for the hotdogs 🙂

a week agoAlthough it’s very busy, it is a great store like you can expect from any Costco. However most employees are very rude and impolite. I think it may be part of the Costco culture. From cashiers to managers I’ve always noticed an attitude when I talk to them. Today specifically I tried to ask a question to a manger by the name of Alegria and she didn’t even stop walking to hear me out.in the last weekVery crowded. Many choices. Am handicapped. Haven’t been for awhile. Found a handicap cart in parking lot. Was able to go inside. Check out was very quick with great staff helping to organize the line and helping to organize the unloading and the cashier was very fast. Staff very efficient.5 months agoOne of the best Costcowarehouses in town. Famous for its beautiful plants such as roses, orchids, and etc. Popular Kirkland 40 bottles purified water for $3.99 dollars, 12 rolls of Kirkland premium towel for $19 dollars , 30 rolls of Kirkland bath tissue for $19 dollars. 50 cents per bottle for S. Pellecrino sparkling mineral water. Cheap gasoline, Friendly staff, good shopping experience…11 months agoI went to shop 10/09/22 Costco’s quality control is out of hand, everytime I go to the seafood or bakery section everything is expired or about to expire in 1 day, it’s been like this for months… I dont know how inspection hasn’t gone and put some order smh… So people please watch out for out of dates and expired goods…a month agoGood on specialty deserts and foods but one staff member at the Pharmacy would better serve customers in the back vs contact with the public. She seemed bothered to assist customers and sighed out loud when I tried looking up information. I guess it was taking too long for her. Not sure why she was upset, it is her job.She then mocked another customer after that customer walked away. Unprofessional and not cute. I would have given 1 star except there are other Pharmacy staff that are very nice, professional and helpful.

I love costo however this location leaves much to be desired. Thankfully, I personally haven’t had an encounter with personal but Iv seen an absolutely dreadful experience with the customer service at this place. The staff seemed completely indifferent to helping customers and were rather rude. As if that wasn’t enough, the CROWDS were overwhelming, making it nearly impossible to move around without constantly bumping into people. And don’t even get me started on the parking situation – it was an absolute nightmare, with limited spots available and no organization whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this place/ location to anyone who values their time and sanity.
Best sundae ever… just $2,49
This is the best option after the hot dog or pepperoni pizza slice! If you go to Costco remember the sundae is a must!
We just did an upgrade to our AT&T account and got an iPhone 13 with the assistance of Stephanie from the AT&T. We left so happy with her service. She is absolutely amazing, took her time with us to answer all our questions, explained all account details in extreme detail and had excellent customer service skills. We are so happy with our upgrade and Stephanie’s honestly and genuine character made the experience amazing. I would recommend her to all friends and family and would definitely want to consult her for all future transactions!
