What a great place this is! I had to go there because my glasses were missing a screw. The gentleman at the kiosk was quite funny and repaired my glasses better than expected. He replaced the missing screw and tightened the other one. My glasses felt like new again. Once again, I perused the aisles and bought way more than I intended…buying the vanilla ice cream I unfortunately sampled even though vanilla is not my favorite flavor and I had not eaten ice cream in years. Holy Cow! That first bite was divine! I should know better by now to stay away from the samples!

Ciao!!!
Okay, time for a real, straight to the point, and matter of fact review! Where do we begin?
Let’s start with the pros. Like the nice variety of organic products, and the fact that they offer a great variety of updated books/novels. Which if your a book nerd like myself, you definitely would appreciate that.
Next…the staff seem okay. Granted the lady at the door takes her job mightyyy seriously! Meaning if your hubs has the card and you walk in 5 seconds before him, she will immediately start yelling, “MA’AM!!” Which is a tad embarrassing. Considering my husband is literally right behind me! So ya, proceed with caution if you forgot your card or are not the card holder when you walk in 😆
This actually leads me to the cons. Which is this…the need to show your card not once, not twice, but three flipping times! Seriously, is it necessary?!? You obviously can’t buy anything without the card. So chill out Costco!
That and if the real concern is you are worried someone will buy for someone without a membership… cmon!!! If someone is going to do that, they are going to figure out a way. At the end of the day, your still making your money though.
Which leads to my final point and issue. If you need a Costco card to check out (you can’t even begin scanning before you scan a membership card), then what’s the deal with needing to flash your card at the door….and then AGAIN right before you walk to the register! 🤦🏻♀️
Please stop bombarding everyone over their Costco card! Learn from Sam’s Club and chill out a bit!
Don’t worry, your not losing me over this. But let me tell ya, it’s beyond obnoxious!! Also, I know I’m not alone in this. So many are sick of it! Even the workers thinks it’s redundant.
It’s Costco… The rotisserie chicken is well priced, and the items are high quality. I honestly don’t really save much money here vs Walmart, but I do get higher quality items and I buy in bulk which may add up the savings over time.
Really great employees, very clean, well organized store with all the cost saving deals you would expect from a Costco. But more than anything, I’ve yet to encounter one employee that did not give me a great customer service experience.
