The added bonuses of their friendly staff and the ever-tempting food court make every visit enjoyable. It’s a one-stop-shop that delivers on both value and variety. Highly recommend!a month agoGreat as always, however, parking lot is too small and one directional which can be confusing to navigate through. Noticed that they have my favorite fresh trout in the seafood department which has been discontinued in many other Costco locations. They also have many other special products that are not available in other stores. Overall great experience. They even have poster in Vietnamese. Oh, the parking though, it was so bad because there were too many cars and people everywherea month agoBusiness center has this mini fridge on sale yet it is out of stock. 4.4miles away at a regular Costco there is plenty in stock but it is not on sale. When I brought it up to the manager he stated that they were separate from the business center and that they bought the fridges from different suppliers. Wow!a week agoThe big & only issue we had which caused the bad rating was after everything went well shopping & checking out, while we were leaving, we were hurried thru 1 of 2 single filed lines toward the exit but then were stopped at the door by a girl who quickly counted the items n their basket , looked at the receipt 4a sec then told us2 go outside & wait 2the side 4a mngr all bc the cashier must’ve 4gotten2ring up 1 of their items & instead of just removing the 1 item so we could leave, she caused evry1 2gt stuck standing there n line & not able 2exit. It was a lil embarrassing bc i guess she had 2take a pic of the item while we all stood there watching her probably thinking 2ourselves “is all this really necessary, just put it aside so we cn all leave, then if she wants2have a photo shoot with the box of ice tea drinks when it slows down a lil, then go4it”…. lol!!!😂

4 months agoReally disappointed in this Costco. I bought two sparkling waters thinking they were $9.49 each however they rung up at $24.99 each. I took a picture of the sign and showed one of the staff at their return counter and they were not concerned in the slightest. “That’s for Waterloo” they said and nothing else. So customers need to check the item size, upc, by the each count? A simple sorry would have sufficed for their error on putting a pallet under the incorrect sign but couldn’t even get that.a month agoThere are many great things about this Costco: amazing member services, products rarely go out of stock, and the variety is just better than the local competitor. That said, the crowds here are next levels of terrible. Parking and even driving in the parking lot has had me drive across town to the competition. There’s a science to parking lot design. The company that designed this one didn’t believe in science. It’s almost as if someone randomly drew parking spaces on a whim and called it a day.Getting gas here is so painful that I joined another club just for gas. The lack of “scan and go” feature means waiting in lengthy lines that make every trip an adventure.
The self checkout should be the store’s saving grace, but the aggressiveness of the employees who monitor self checkout makes the experience uncomfortable. I have to show my receipt on the way out the door, I don’t need two employees hovering over me to make sure I have a club card – it’s required to start the checkout process. 🤦♂️ I’ve even been stopped while checking out because my partner, who is also on the account, was paying. They forced me to pay because she didn’t have her card on her.
Pro tip: go shortly after open on week days. Avoid the after work times and all weekend long. This will save you most of the hassle I mention above. Enter on the AMC side to miss most of the frustration caused by the Costco parking lot.
a month agoI’m only putting five stars because they’re hiding all of the one star reviews! It blocks you from writing it low! Hands down this is the worst Costco location they have. It’s worse than Garden Grove. La habrá and cypress are outstanding. Irvine is also top notch. This o location is overcrowded and miserable. Manager who was working on Aug 17th 2023 evening is very rude and does not care about the customers. I have brought to their attention that their flowers are cut off from the top and 24 roses are actually just 16 roses because 8 are just missing, but she does not seem to be care about that and also said there is no refund for that since i have not brought roses which i have already presented back to their store. Terrible and unacceptable!
I love Costco. Great place to shop for my family especially the Signal Hill location. I also worked here a long time ago during the holidays. It was great to work with them too.
If you Google Costco, ask if you can buy from the food court, it responds yes you can. You don’t need a membership. Its on tiktok too you dont need a membership to buy from food court. Today I stood in a long line to order a pizza. Only for them to tell me i
need a membership. I’m 70 yrs old. It’s hot and tiring. Not to mention the clerk was rude. DONT GO TO THIS COSTCO.
