The store is great. No complaints. The parking lot, however, is a nightmare because of the lack of cart return areas. These pics are from 10.30am on a Tuesday, so imagine if on a Saturday afternoon. Chaos

Needing tires and shopping them around, I decided it was feasible to join Costco because their tires come with a 5-year road hazard warranty. As it turns out, they don’t carry my tires and they can’t be ordered, so I had to go elsewhere to get my tire plugged.

I was extremely disappointed and considered canceling immediately, but when I walked around the store, I found great deals and some food items that I quickly became fond of: chicken tamales, birria & cheese pupusas, almond flour wraps/tortillas (not going back to flour or corn), mini-sized Naked smoothies, and a few more.

In relation to service, Alex up front, as well as others on the floor and at checkout were great. I also saved $.10 a gallon on gas, so I’m keeping my membership.

It’s always a pleasure shopping at Costco. My main reason is to purchase gasoline; they have the best price and quality around. I have a Benz; that has been the most cost effective place to fill up my tank, especially buying 92/Supreme. Also cost effective and best service for my car and tires. Great customer support staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I can go to Costco without eating a hotdog. I know you need a membership but worst the value because you find beautiful things at the store.

I recently had the opportunity to shop at Costco Wholesale, and I must say, it’s a shopper’s paradise! While there were a few areas that could be improved upon, I have no doubt that Costco deserves a solid four-star rating for its exceptional value and wide range of products.

One of the standout features of Costco is its unbeatable value. The membership-based model allows shoppers to access a vast selection of products at wholesale prices. From groceries to electronics, household items to clothing, you can find it all here, often at prices that are significantly lower than other retailers. The savings can be substantial, especially for families or individuals looking to buy in bulk or stock up on everyday essentials.

The sheer variety of products available at Costco is impressive. Whether you’re in need of fresh produce, quality meats, or even specialty items, the store has you covered. Additionally, the selection of electronics, furniture, and appliances is extensive, making it a one-stop shop for many of your needs. The availability of both well-known brands and Costco’s own Kirkland Signature products adds to the appeal, providing a range of choices for different budgets.

The shopping experience at Costco is generally pleasant. The stores are spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate the aisles. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is efficient, especially considering the volume of customers the store serves. Furthermore, the return policy is generous, allowing customers to shop with confidence.

While Costco offers a great shopping experience overall, there are a few areas that could be improved upon. One aspect is the need for more checkout lanes during peak hours, as the lines can sometimes be long. Additionally, the store’s layout can be overwhelming for first-time visitors, with large quantities of items displayed in bulk, which may require some adjustment to get used to.

Another consideration is the necessity of a membership to shop at Costco. While the membership fee can be justified by the savings, it may deter some potential customers who prefer a more flexible shopping experience. However, the benefits of the membership, such as access to exclusive deals and services like the pharmacy and optical department, do add value for those who choose to become members.

In conclusion, Costco Wholesale is a fantastic destination for savvy shoppers seeking unbeatable value and a wide range of products. With its bulk pricing, diverse selection, and a pleasant shopping experience overall, it’s no wonder why Costco has become a go-to retailer for many. While improvements in checkout efficiency and store layout could enhance the overall experience, the value offered and the convenience of finding everything under one roof make Costco a worthwhile shopping destination deserving of a solid four-star rating.

  • Come prepared with a list: Before heading to Costco, make a list of the items you need. This will help you stay focused and avoid unnecessary purchases.
  • Plan your route: Costco is a big store, so it’s a good idea to plan the order in which you will navigate the aisles. Start with the non-perishable items and work your way towards the refrigerated and frozen sections.
  • Be ready to buy in bulk: The primary appeal of Costco is its bulk offerings. Be prepared to buy larger quantities of items you use frequently or can store for a long time.
  • Compare prices: While Costco offers great deals on many items, it’s always a good idea to compare prices with other stores to ensure you’re getting the best value for your money.
  • Check for seasonal items: Costco often carries seasonal items, so be on the lookout for special deals and limited-time offerings. This can be a great way to save money on certain items.
  • Utilize the sample stations: Costco is known for its sample stations, where you can try out various products before buying. Take advantage of these to discover new items and see if they’re worth purchasing.
  • Consider purchasing a membership: While it’s not necessary, a Costco membership can provide additional discounts and benefits. Evaluate your shopping frequency and needs to determine if a membership is worthwhile for you.
  • Check the return policy: Lastly, familiarize yourself with Costco’s return policy. They have a generous return policy on most items, so you can shop with confidence knowing that if something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily return it.

Shopping at Costco can be a fun and cost-effective way to stock up on household essentials and discover new products. By following these guidelines, you’ll be better prepared to navigate the store and make the most of your shopping experience.

  1. I only visited Costco for the food court. I ordered on the screen and had my food in hand in less than 5 minutes. The food is cheap and it’s tasty. The hot dog combo for $1.50 is my favorite. It makes for a good lunch. The churro was well done which was sad. However, there is plenty of parking unless it’s a rainy day. It has poor drainage and the parking lot is underwater.

  2. I love going to Costco Wholesale except for the parking is always very crowded, I enjoy looking at items in every isle. They have excellent gas prices. Their selection of home accessories its always interesting and i heard that the hot dog are good. The fun part is going into the refrigerated produce section because of the cold climate. They always have specials on beef and organic food. It’s hard not to go overboard when shopping here.

I was surprised to get a 65” slim Samsung smart TV for $475.
I love their paleo and keto selection, good healthy choices can be found at Costco.

  4. I would love to give a big shoutout to an employee! We absolutely adore DEVON! He works at the liquor store and is a fantastic guy! Our first experience with DEVON was on a day it was raining! We, my daughter, granddaughter and myself were going into the store, it was raining! Daughter went to get the cart! We accidentally left our umbrella in a cart and continued shopping! We were in the far back of the store and DEVON showed up with the umbrella! He took the time from his break to find us to return it to us! Every time since we are greeted by him and his interaction with my granddaughter is above and beyond! Such a genuinely kind man! DEVON you are the greatest! Love your smile! DEVON is definitely an asset to your business! A huge high five to DEVON!

  5. Bad experience at refunds department.
I went to return some items I bought the day before, and the Costco’s associate named Daisy just asked me “Why?” Why I was returning these items. Normally, that question is out of the line, but I just took it right and I answered her “because I don’t need them anymore.”

Then, with attitude she called the manager to report the situation 🙄.
The manager came down and asked me the same thing. “Why are you returning these items?” Same attitude with a negative vibe. He told me he will accept my items but that would be the last time. But in fact, It was my first time doing a return. His name is David.

The items were brand new, never opened, and to my knowledge Costco doesn’t have a return policy when the customer cannot return some items like l did. At least, not on the receipt or in this kind of situation whatsoever.
