A good variety of products organized in an efficient way and priced reasonably with Costco quality.

Members should take advantage of the lower gas prices although there are long lines almost every day. However, getting there at the right time of the day where lines are shorter eases the pain.

Parking lot is huge and turnover is quick.

I’m a Costco fan & I love exploring different branches. This one is smaller than others I’ve been to. However, you will still find here things & stuff you might not find in other Costco branches. So even if the area is smaller, what matters is the items sold in this area & their quality, Costco quality which I believe is one of the best in all grocery stores

I love Costco, and had shopped in many locations (including different states). Customer service seems the worst here. I have not had bad experience except from this location. Many staff seem unhappy. No smile, and when you ask for help, they make you feel like you bordered them. Normally I don’t like to overthink, but today, the customer service guy at the Membership Service desk made me feel like I was targeted and discriminated. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

We bought plenty of Kirkland tea and soda containers for events but had to return a few due to some artificial ingredients noticed. The cashier named Jasine (or similar name) was not nice from the beginning and refused to return them after she took a very long time carefully looking for expiration dates on boxes. It seemed she found them expired and proudly refused to do a refund. She also said she would make a note to our account because we brought back expired containers. Why would Costco sale drinks bottles so close to expiration dates… so they won’t accept returns if something comes up wrong… Unusual customer service for Costco… we bought so many containers of soda and artificial Kirkland tea in Costco this year and never thought to check for expiration. We also have been members for over 20 years and never experienced such a particularly “looking to make consumers wrong or find their error“ customer service.

This Costco in particular is fine but because of its size they don’t have as many products as others. They recently added a gas station, which helps, but they still don’t have Costco rotisserie chicken! We will continue to come here but only out of convenience

  1. We were visiting the Irvine area and needed to pick up some supplies for our stay so Costco it is.

I noticed this Costco isn’t jam-packed with people like some of the ones that I have been to. It’s not quiet, but steady with parking spaces still available and plenty of room to walk around the warehouse.

Having gone to many Costcos across the US and Canada, it’s always interesting to see all the variations in regional stock. Here, I found Tuna Poke, fresh animal food, and more Asian options.

The store is clean and the staff are efficient and friendly. This Costco met my expectations.

  2. Went for gas ⛽ filling during our way back from LA to SD and they were closing at 7.30 PM …we reached on dot and it was open…. Lucky🤞….noticed that they keep it open till 7.35 PM…. Liked this gesture of them 😁

Small gas station…i think total 16 pumps were there. Not crowded at all.

  3. So this Costco compared to other one has a lot more to offer yes it is pretty busier then the other but there more of a variety compared to the others plus I love asian food and theres more options at this one compared to other im assuming it’s because there’s a bigger asian community that lives here but I always stop in here around 2-3 times a week to check things out I’m not going to lie I hate when I do that because I always end up buying. Something and spending more then I should. Especially when I came to fresh plants they had more options and even tho this place is always busy they usually have most of there cashiers open so things are moving. When I’m heading home I stop by the one near where I live and it just doesn’t compare.

  4. Oh, Costco in Tustin, you’ve always been our go-to store for adventure and bulk-buying shenanigans. But this time, you really threw us a curveball. Brace yourselves for the tale of our little Costco escapade that took an unexpected turn.

Picture this: I stroll into the store with my wide-eyed, Lego-loving seven-year-old nephew. He had been eagerly waiting for the new Lego sets to hit the shelves, and oh boy, were they a sight to behold! Little did we know that our adventure was about to take a mischievous turn, courtesy of the villainous cashier.

As we approached the checkout counter, ready to part ways with our hard-earned cash, we encountered a cashier armed with sarcasm and a mischievous grin. In an attempt to infuse some humor into our shopping experience, they exclaimed, “Hold on there, kiddo! These Legos are strictly off-limits for seven-year-olds now. Sorry, but that means you can’t have this!”

Cue the dramatic gasp and the heartbreaking sight of my nephew’s eyes welling up with tears. Oh, Costco cashier, why must you make a kid cry? We came here in search of joy and excitement, not for an impromptu emotional rollercoaster ride!

Now, I understand that humor can be subjective, but let’s not forget the golden rule of customer service: thou shalt not make a child cry over Legos! It’s like teasing a puppy with a treat and then snatching it away. Cruel, I tell you!

But fear not, dear readers, for this review isn’t all doom and gloom. Despite this unexpected twist, Costco in Tustin remains a magical place filled with bargains and bulk-buying wonders. The sheer size of the store could rival the Great Wall of China, and the samples scattered throughout provide a feast fit for the foodie in us all.

So, Costco, my dear friend, please take this review as a gentle nudge to remind your cashiers to tread lightly with their humor, especially when it comes to teasing innocent children. Let’s keep the tears of laughter flowing, not the tears of heartbroken Lego enthusiasts. And remember, a happy customer is a returning customer, armed with a shopping cart and a smile!

P.S. My nephew eventually got his Lego set, and all was right in the world. Just don’t mess with a kid and their toys, folks. It’s a recipe for disaster!
