2 months agoLines are typically very long and there doesn’t seem to be enough staff. They did just add self-checkout stations this week, so hopefully that will help speed up checkout. They’re often out of stock on items I’m looking for, but the location is convenient.a week agoI cannot begin to explain how I despise this target. I spend thousands of dollars at target every year and every time I try to give this store another chance I am severely let down. The drive up service might be the worst and most incompetent operation I have ever experienced. In the last month I have done 4 drive ups… 1. They lost in the store and I had to go buy another, 2. They put the wrong order in my trunk and luckily I realized it. I told them, they were gone 10 more minutes and then still missed a bag of stuff that they charged me for. 3. My second to last took 18 minutes to get the merchandise. 4. Tonight I waited 11 minutes at 9:30 at night. The inside of the store is even worse. There is only ever 2 people at the checkout, the store is always a disaster and the employees are clueless. Earlier this year we purchased a bike and asked the manager to assemble it. We came back the next day and my daughter was so excited only to find out that they sold the bike to another customer even though we had fully paid for it. All they said was sorry. She was in TEARS! @targetcorp please hire a new GM and Ops team bc clearly they have 0 clue as to what they are doing!!!!in the last weekSad to say that this is the worst target location in the area. They have disabled the phone system so when you try to reach ANY department aside from human resources and the pharmacy the phone hangs up (the pharmacy is not even owned by Target, it’s owned by CVS, so you’re literally not getting through to any common target department, not even pickup/driveup).I called 6 times and tried each department. The only departments that allowed a phone call to go through were human resources and the CVS Pharmacy.
The checkout line gets super long, longer than any other Target in the area because this store has no self checkout and is severely understaffed.
You could literally drive about 8 to 10 minutes east to the Morrisville location Target and have way shorter checkout lines because for some reason that store is better staffed only 8 to 10 minutes away plus it has self checkout. There is also more staff throughout the store, how is there such a staffing disparity between two locations only 8 to 10 minutes drive apart?
2 weeks agoThe target does deserve some credit because its functioning, but the lines are absolutely horrid. They have installed self checkouts, which help but the lines are slow moving. You need to have the willpower to wait in line for 30 minutes waiting to escape. Do not buy ice cream or it will melt before you get to the checkout.a month agoThe stealing in this store is ridiculous. People are stealing ALL of the time. I saw 2 guys stealing 3 large TVs today in the early evening and just walking out of the store. Another lady another day walked out of the store with a shopping cart FULL of stolen items. Why don’t you just have Police presence in this store? Whoever or whatever corporation that owns this store needs to have Police presence here. This is a good neighborhood but the stealing that is allowed at this local Target is insane! But at least they finally have self checkout..lol..

Favorite target location to shop at. It contains every department as well as a pharmacy, an Ulta, and a Starbucks! The floral section at the front entrance are always fresh looking. The dollar section is also enticing. The fitting rooms are clean and organized. There are always weekly deals and savings. The Target debit cards saves 5%. However, the checkout lines can get pretty long, especially the self-check out.
Sincerely I mean this, you have the worst produce section and meat section of any prime target inside North Carolina here.
Not only is produce very limited here, there is maybe 20 square feet dedicated to produce and meats
Your management should be absolutely embarrassed because your staff just walks around on their phones texting. They have no motivation to do better or even care for their jobs because managers aren’t even seen on the floor.
This is in a prime location of crossroads 20 plaza and by comparison, the location in apex, blows this out of the water. Worlds difference.

I had a great experience at this target today! One of the customer service representatives helped me by breaking down boxes (I’m moving soon) and brought them out to my car! It was super generous of them and I appreciate him helping me out without any hesitation. I usually come to this location and they have a good selection of clothes and home goods. They’re also very clean and organized!
Do you enjoy standing in electronics dept for 20 minutes before someone who isn’t in electronics, notices you are waiting then calls the electronics dept person? How about even after they call the electronics dept person they notice you are still waiting and have to call the electronics dept person again?
If that sounds like something you’d enjoy I highly recommend this target!
Just wanted this Target to know I greatly appreciate the service one of their cashiers provided today. I wish I could remember her name because you rarely find that kindness from employees today. She was friendly, patient and helpful. She made people feel appreciated for doing business with Target.
