3 months agoThere is no fee no matter how small the amount. (Sometimes I only need a couple things.) The associates are always smiling, friendly and super efficient. As a disabled person who can no longer shop in the store, these things are very important to me. I always drive away feeling happy. I can’t say that about other curbside shopping. Every retailer should strive to emulate Target. Target is definitely at the top of the pyramid.4 months agoToday, in the heat my car wouldn’t start due to battery issues, I had 2 toddlers in my vehicle (80 degrees). A worker “Tristan” while was leaving his shift seen that we were stuck, even though he couldn’t help with his own vehicle he called his dad to assist. Thank You, Tristan.in the last weekI just had to make it known just how wonderful this team member was today. Serena (Chesapeake Sq location) was simply the best she went above and beyond to make sure I found every item on my Shipt shopper list. Great job 👏 👍9/7/23 This location is slowly becoming my least favorite. I’m in this store alot between my personal shopping and Shipt. Yesterday I had a Shipt order that required me to get a TV. I pressed the bell/buzzer three times at least 5 minutes apart as well as went to the checkout line for.assistance. None of the employess working between 9am to 10am seemed to care that I had been waiting awhile nor that I was gonna be late doing my job. In return dissatisfying two customers. I am highly upset again due to poor customer service and the fact that I was made to be late.
5 months agoCustomer service is very limited, and there is rarely anyone at the checkout lanes. Despite the “sorry for the wait” message, the time to receive a drive up order between 3 and 4 pm is generally 25-30 minutes. The employees are always pleasant, yet amazingly slow moving. It’s best to shop in the morning, or when you’re not in a hurry.a month agoThis Target is just about as good as the rest of the Chesapeake Square Mall. It’s super small and doesn’t have nearly as good of a selection as other Targets in the area. The Chesapeake Square Target is certainly not my first choice of shopping.

7 months agoThe employees here go above and beyond the standard level of customer service. I bought a few things for the kids that just didn’t fit. Returns were fast and easy. I live in the Hickory part of Chesapeake, and this target is definitely my favorite. Lisa was so kind and helpful. This store is in the greenbrier market center 1316 greenbrier parkway ,other side Volvo parkway and Eden way it’s in the greenbrier area in chesapeake Va 23320 close to I-64 .Best store for new arrivals of clothing, electronic, shoes,health and beauty and much more.You can buy decent clothes on clearance very cheap we normally buy clothes, health and beauty, medicine, electronic, home decor and much more on sale. We got target circle get discount. We buy kids ,women clothes,shoes ,cosmetics, electronic,toys and office supplies regularly buy other stuff too when are on sale and save lots products durable.There is Starbucks store inside we buy and eat there nice place. This store in greenbrier market place is very clean, neat and well organized and stocked. We love to buy lots from here no complaints ever. Customer service is excellent. Enough parking space and safe and convenient shopping store.

This particular Target does not have the same variety as some of the other targets but its make up/beauty section is amazing. Also it Target a HAPPY place to reset and gather my thoughts with a Starbucks in my hand, not much negative about that!
Josh in the tech section went out of his way to help us find the right battery for our car keys and than went above and beyond by actually helping us with replacing them right there in store. Very outstanding customer service!
I have been to this Target location many times as it is located very close to my home, in the many years that I’ve visited I’ve always had a pleasant experience. The only issues have been checking out when the lines get crazy!
