  1. Great variety of clothes and household items. I especially like the $1-$5 seasonal items displayed near the entrance. Can find decent discounts on select items year around.

There is Starbucks inside the store, which makes it convenient to grab coffee. The washrooms are clean.

However, the grocery/fresh food section is very limited and expensive. The HEB nearby is much better option for that.

The customer service can be improved. I had a hard time getting the target red card, which comes with 5% discount on all purchases.

  2. C Sa Reply

Not the best Target on the area. No parking in the parking lot, mislabeled store signage. Had fresh experience with weekday morning workers. Other times workers simply don’t care. Recommend driving the few miles down the highway to the other target or just order offline.

  3. Went in for one thing and found a guy name Justin who was in training and he helped me find what I was looking for, he was excellent. Hope others watch and observe him and follow in his footsteps for caring customer service .

  4. My wife had just bought some chairs that were not all able to fit in her vehicle so she requested if she could leave the chairs their in the store just set aside and she would go get a bigger vehicle from our home that is 5 minutes away and they told her they could not help her and she couldn’t leave the chairs there. Spent good money at this store just to have this ridiculous situation where the workers and company could help but refuse to. The company is reflected by its workers, so it seems that Target is okay with this type of image of themselves.

  5. Watched as a manager watched someone cut directly in front of me and my wife, and did nothing. Despite me looking at him and pleading for him to do the right thing, he just looked off into space.

Well within earshot of the manager, I told my wife that I’m really disappointed, and I’m not sure I want to ever frequent this location again. Manager continued to stand there avoiding eye contact, and not addressing an obvious concern. That’s not to mention that things are rarely in stock. The last 3 online orders I made with Target were single item purchases that they said they had in stock. They took my payment, and then sent me out an e-mail 10 minutes later saying that what they told me WAS in stock actually isn’t. But at least I’ll get my money back in 5 business days.

I get retail jobs are bad, and you’re paid very little, but you at least have to try.
