7 months agoLove this Target. Always has diverse selections and the Black History Month collection is top notch. The Tabitha Brown collection and some other limited collections have really made my visits increase. Parking and shopping carts are always plentiful. I was disappointed on my last visit that 70% cosmetics on clearance weren’t ringing as the signs displayeda month agoA few days ago we were in & had an issue, well if I could give Kristina a Zero I would & she shouldn’t be in customer service because how she speaks to people is HORRIBLE. For example we told her we saw something at another store 7th ave & Bell a day prior that was different & she told us ” well we all get the same stuff from corporate, but why don’t u go there then if u saw that” just so rude. Well later Joanne overheard a bit & was AMAZING she went ABOVE AND BEYOND because she was just in her section & heard a bit & what happened. Well she let us know some signs had misprints & had to have reprints. It’s simply about how u go about speaking to people at the end of the day & pretty much calling us liars & unfortunately my mom left her phone at home that had a picture of what we told her about but she left her phone at home cuz we went on the way home from a procedure she had. But 100X thank u to Joanne & ur kind understanding tone & manner & stepping in when u didn’t need to.3 weeks agoCan’t rave more!!! Rang up a bounce that was on clearance but it didn’t ring up the price. I was getting frustrated BUT Dianne and Quanah helped and price matched. They were super understanding and kind. So THANK YOU GUYS. 🩷🩷4 months agoI love this location. When I come here, it’s never too busy. The Starbucks inside is really good too. Sometimes I’ll make the drive all the way up here just to get some good coffee.2 years agoReally like this Target. It is clean, large and they have a great electronics section compared to other Target’s. Their grocery section also had a lot better fruit then the ones I have seen in LA.

a year agoThis location has all the “Pride” merchandise displayed front and center just in time for Pride Month. Make sure you buy it now numerous Target stores in the valley are already selling out .Kudos to Target for getting it right ” Love is love ❤. ” For this alone I will continue to shop with this company. #takepride2 months agoTarget is target. I never have issues here. Though I really miss their cafe they used to have. I liked walking in and smelling the popcorn lol.8 months agoPurchased a gift card that says XBOX GIFTCARD and it is actually a target only gift card! So my son was not able to use on his Xbox at all for Christmas and was devastated! I spoke to 2 sales associates before buying it and they both said it was for the Xbox system! Tried to return it or purchase the correct Xbox card, spoke to the manager Zac at the location on 91st and northern and he was unable to help at all. I’m so disgusted with Target and its service! Will not ever shop there again.5 months agoI wanted to thank a super nice worker here He noticed I had too many items I was trying to carry with my hands. Without asking he found a cart & offered it to me. I was standing no where near the front where the carts are located Thank you7 months agoI went to this Target for a few items. 2 employees asked if they could help me find something even though they were busy doing inventory. It really sped up my trip as I needed to get in and out quickly. When I did the self checkout the employee overseeing that area wished me a good day and greeted a customer coming in. They had plenty of staff and the store was very clean. I really appreciate the level of service I got today

Great costumer service , very shining store parking lot out Is medium, business area , prices are OK and depends on quality of product
While I was visiting the area, I stopped in at Target (which was even more exciting as a Canadian) and I ended up leaving my phone there once I left. After realizing and rushing back in a full panic, the staff at the guest services were so friendly and helpful and got me my phone back. The security guard who was also helping us before we left was amazing as well. The store was clean and we had a great experience.
The gentleman working self-check out 4/30 around 8:45pm, went above and beyond to help, my family and I. He deserves a raise!
The store however, needed some maintenance. The fresh fruit, salad, and bread areas were near empty. Going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say, that we went an hour, or so before closing, and maybe the next day was a restock.
In regards to the Starbucks:
The manager and his staff are literally so nice and helpful! I come to this target at least twice a week and each time I stop into the Starbucks and the girls have such great customer service it , it’s not just one team member it is every single one of them ! This manager is doing such a great job with hiring and managing his team , his culture he create shows through them !!
The target is cool , they normally have a police officer there and cashiers are sweet and self check out always has someone there to help id needed
Terrible experience and customer service. I will never use the in-store pickup again.
I was charged for 3 in-stock items upon checking out. 90 minutes later I received the email that my order was ready for pickup. Another hour after that (as I was driving g to the store) I got another email indicating that one of my items became unavailable after my order.
I can understand and respect the challenge of managing inventory in-store when there is no control over physical shoppers choices. However, all I got at Guest Services was a flippant apology with a recognition that this happens along with a statement that I would receive a credit to my card “in a few days”.
This might make sense for something I took home and returned but I now have to pay for something I never possessed.
Fix your policies Target. This is unacceptable.
