4 weeks agoThe girl in ulta, Mai, was extremely nice and helpful and informative. I’ve been to many targets, and she has been the nicest and most courteous employee I’ve ever met. I had questions about skincare and makeup and I felt like I was taking a class. She shade-matched me and it was such an amazing feeling. Most importantly, she made me feel welcomed. She displayed strong work ethics and professionalism. I left buying so much products! She is the bomb.a month agoThe employees inside are okay – the cashier checking me out didn’t even acknowledge me (none of the employees ever do), but I wanted to give a huge shout out to the shopping cart guy in the parking lot today. Whoever was scheduled today (11:50 am on July 20) was amazing. He noticed me walking out to the parking lot with my shopping cart (I’m pregnant and it’s so hot) and even though he’d already gathered all the shopping carts, he came and took mine from me after I unloaded my groceries. They have lots to offer and usually has everything in stock. This store is in a great location and if you are close by, make sure to stop by and shop.a month agoUpdate: popped in because this is one of the few Targets with popcorn still available in the food area. Gotta love by $2 large popcorn!We dropped by this Target as we were in the area.
This Target was packed from the parking lot to the inside and to the cash register.
The store was a little empty in some areas but had what we needed.
The Toys area was packed despite being so close to Christmas. Food was still stocked, so we got what we needed.
Staff were friendly, including the staff member at the cash register who embodied the Christmas spirit.
6 months agoPrices do not match the prices posted on shelves When I took these items up to checkout I was told they were $8 Christian and Autumn were wonderful and told me it isn’t their problem and they will not match the prices as posted on the shelf. Not sure why target is really into bait and switch at this point but I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.a month agoThe service is not very good here as Targets usually are. Classic Target experience.
Plenty of selection, great staff service, and high quality products. Very very busy due to location, it is consistently packed on the weekends. They are usually pretty good at stocking shelves and having plenty of inventory. Would recommend this to anybody in the area or any strong Target fans.
I love target and I have always looked forward to walking into the store and see what you guys have. But lately the experience as far as the customer service has extremely lacked. Most of the time everyone choices to do self checkout since there’s one or two registered open. But when someone like me goes to a register and gets served by someone that seems to show little interest of helping someone or shows that she hates her job by not doing eye contact and was on her phone just makes be extremely upset. There was no, “ my apology ma’am for my behavior..” or explaining to me the two year warranty I bought for my electronics it’s so frustrating. I had to go to customer service line and have another young lady apologize for the other person not Providing me with the information I needed for the item I bought. I just feel like y’all need to do better with such a great store where I like to purchase my things like others due too.

To witness such a stark departure from that standard was disheartening, to say the least. I can only hope that Target management takes notice of these issues and takes the necessary steps to rectify them. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone subject themselves to the dismal experience I endured at this particular store.
If y’all have exchange and returns section in your store then do the exchange instead of making me return the item and go all the way back to a cashier to have me pay it. Ordered from target website and gave me the wrong size and had to drive all the way to the store to get the correct sizing because they couldn’t give it to me in the first place. DO BETTER Target.
