The manager does not follow targets rules or guidelines of price matching. I found vital proteins collagen at this target left over from the Christmas holidays. It was on sale after Christmas at the okemos target I had a picture and receipt still on my target circle app it was also still under the 15 day mark for the price match. I showed the cashier she called her manager and the manager didn’t care to come see the photo or look on my app to see so I can price match she just straight up said no if it didn’t ring up that price then it’s the price it rings up for. The cashier didn’t bother telling her that I have proof on my app and photos she didn’t care either, why wouldn’t target price match with another target if I had proof makes no sense please have better training for your employees and especially management.
Just wanted to say thank you to Amanda at Customer Service and the store director. I had an online pickup and when I got home the box didn’t have the item in it. They took care of me and resolved the problem quickly.
I had a sprained ankle and had to use a motorized cart.
First off all, my cart was falsely marked as fully charged. Then, as ut began to power off me and my friend had to race to the front. As we were struggling to get it to the front, pushing it, an employee looked at us, gave a forced smile, and walked off offering zero help. A random customer helped me and my friend. At the cash register it was no different.
The line to check out was a complete mess as well.
I know that it was a busy, but have multiple employees look at me struggling and refuse to help me was unacceptable.
Poor customer service experience EVERY time I have to return something. Either proper training needs to happen or new employees.
It seems like every time I’m in this store the only open checkout lanes are the self checkout. If this is how you’re going to run great, but get rid of the 10 extra lanes that aren’t ever used and add some more self checkout lanes. It’s basically an assumption I’m going to be waiting 10 minutes in line when coming to this store.
