This is your Murfreesboro Target on a regular basis. It is painfully obvious that the employees don’t care and that management isn’t held accountable. I thought Target was supposed to be nicer than a Walmart after a crack-pipe sale. Clearly, this one isn’t. Do better.
I really like shopping at Target. 🎯 We were passing through and stopped at this one. It was clean and bright and everything was well organized and in place. When I got to checkout there was a large line, but Angela checked me out with a small remote card reader. She scanned all my items and I was on my way out the door in no time at all. Great experience. I only had about 10 small items.
Nothing wrong with the store, but if I wanted to be a cashier I would apply for a job as a cashier. I mean not at target because they obviously can’t afford them. Pro-tip: you could sell the 10 unmanned registers and hire a couple people to run the ones that are left.
Hate the store already. Too expensive. People here are just not friendly. Unfortunately had been given a $40 gift card to Target and tried asking a few ppl if they could swap it for cash, had the receipt, security came and asked me to leave. Ummm, I was like, can i at least spend my gift card? And

I ordered online using Target Circle and I selected pick up. After the purchase I had a question. When I called the Guest Services the Associate was welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered my question which helped to reduce concerns I had about a discount that I hadn’t applied correctly. The pick up time was less than an hour. There was not a wait or delay. The Associate I spoke to over the phone remembered the call and was able to continue assist me with finishing the purchase. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received at Target today.
