5 months agoClean, pretty convenient, fairly well-stocked with all the basics and then some, nice staff. Prices on some groceries and pet supplies are a notch higher than you’ll find at some other local stores. Fun to swing by Starbucks near the entrance for an extra treat. The automatic sliding doors at the entrance seemed to be having trouble recently, the sun may have been interfering with the sensor, but a gentle pull got the doors to spread open and let us in.3 weeks agoOrdered a groccery pick up with the drive up service because I have an infant and it is difficult to get grocceries in the basket with his carseat. When I arrived at the store, they have paper signs on their drive up spots saying the service is currently unavalible and to go inside to pick up the order. This was not reflected on their website. So i had to load up my infant in a shopping cart and go inside to get my order. The carseat takes up the whole basket, which is why I like the drive up service. Had I had known it wasnt avaliable today I would not have ordered at this location. The manager was apoligetic however not simpethetic to my situation and could tell that he really didnt care.a week agoI usually go to Target several times a week ( I live close). Their products are high quality, prices are reasonable, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen an employee not doing their job in a professional way.2 months agoOrdered splendor online it took an hour and a half to say they dont have it and to pick a different location. so i chose the op west location and then the same thing happend – im so disappointed in an establishment that can have two seperate locations having false advertising about inventory. If this was a serious medicine or a needed item people could really suffer. I was on hold for an hour while they tried to locate the item, just for the third store not to even answer. I hope target becomes better for their customers!a month agoLive in Lenexa for 7 years only visited 2x. Great customer service, team members actually help, walk you to the maze to locate a product. I didn’t know that they had a grocery section. Bought I terrible horrible temporary phone. Cylipso ATT prepaid while I wait for my Pixel 7 to arrive. No hassle on the return, interacted with 3 different team members and each one appeared to care or had an avenue for help. I dig.

2 months agoNormally, I have a good experience at this Target location. But, the past 2 visits have NOT gone well. Last Monday, I was ready to have a pleasant experience at Target, like normal, and that was soon put to a halt by an employee named Andrew. Firstly, I walked into the store and decided to visit the toy section. I was looking for a ball for my daughters to play with in our at home pool. So my daughter picked out up a few balls they liked and started bouncing them to test out which ball they liked; which had the right amount of air in it and what color they wanted. My 2 daughters walked away with their ball and I went to another section, while my daughter and her friend were still choosing a ball. They told me that Andrew came to them and told them to “Stop messing around” and he raised his voice towards them. They explained to him what they were doing and he said “Whatever, keep lying.” Then he went and chased my other daughters down and raised his voice to “Stop bouncing that.” They weren’t bouncing it, my daughter dropped it and she was picking it up. So we continued our shopping and went to check out at Returns. I handed him the ball and my other items and he picked the ball up and threw it behind the counter very harshly. I said “I would like to buy that” and which he replied “I just assumed you didn’t want it because they were messing around with it.” in a very rude tone. So I shook it off and went home. Then today, when I went into Target my daughters and I received a dirty look from Andrew and when we exited we also received the same look. I’ve lived here for 14 years and this is my local Target. NEVER, have I been this disrespected. I truly wish that this issue can be resolved.2 weeks agoCheck your receipt. Employees are friendly.6 months agoThis Target, located at 151st and 69 hwy, is consistently dirty, understocked, under staffed, picked over, and disorganized. I moved near it 15 months ago. We now call it the “slimey” Target. Frequent visits without seeing any improvement has lead us to drive further to find a typical Target experience. The health and beauty section is the most appauling. As I walked thru the store most recently, I saw empty shelves, used tissues on a shelf, multiple out of stock items, used/empty starbucks cups on shelves, smeared make-up on the displays, and trash on the floor. It’s just outdated, messy, and gross. It’s also an inconveneince to run in for basic essentials to discover they don’t have it in stock. Find another location.

Target off 119th and Metcalf in Overland Park, KS is an amazing store filled with most everything you would need for kitchen needs, small appliances, vacuums, foods, clothing for babies to adults , pets and more. What Target is lacking is Fresh Produce; they have a very limited selection. Open aisles, well lit and clean. Helpful staff. Competitive pricing to Walmart and the local food stores. Even have plant based frozen foods to select in the freezer aisle. Ample parking. Disabled Accessible. 11-28-2022. Mgb.
The drive up feature is a perk appreciated by busy customers. But what’s even better than the convenience of having them bring your items to your car is the fact they don’t have a minimum order requirement! You can order that one item you forgot about and they will gladly bring it to you in your car via the drive up feature. Love this and hope it never changes.
What a wonderful team you have. This morning I showed up the moment the store opened and not one, but three different Target employees were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. One was working the customer service desk. The second unlocked the doors this morning, and the third was wearing a vest over his target shirt. Thank you all!
Target, it is very good. They sell things that you can buy and when you buy them you can take them home to be in your home. Nice. 10/10
This location is always clean and well stocked. The customer service is friendly, and they actually notice when lines are building up and send more people that way. This is my favorite Target location to shop at by far!
