  1. Everything was awesome. The store is clean and has huge variety of products. Plus they have huge parking. Starbucks is inside which made me more happy. But what it lacks is customer service. Their customer service is horrible. They treat customer like if you wanna buy, buy fast otherwise you may leave right now.

  2. Target seems to have really gone downhill in recent years, and this store is a good example. They have necessities like shampoo, toothpaste, and laundry detergent in locked cases. There was an armed security guard at the entrance, which is entirely unnecessary. These practices are contrary to Target’s purported beliefs; practice what you preach. There was only one register open and no attendant to resolve issues at self checkout, likely due to the fact that they now have employees roaming the store to retrieve locked merchandise. The self checkout machines are in disrepair and have tattered signs informing that they don’t take cash. It’s ridiculous.

  3. Happened to stop to get a few items while in the business near by.
This store was offering many special deals (example, Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day dish soap at $2.49 (limited to a few scents?)).
And many Christmas & Holiday items were also in a clearance sale.

I believe there were thefts at this store by criminals and possibly the store is guarded by an armed security company.
I appreciate Target stays in this location and serving the community even with the cost of guarding the store and thefts might offset the cost of running the business at this location.
I think locked up toothpaste is a small price to pay to keep this store at the current location.

  4. Seems like they’re always a bit understocked, but it could just be retail theft keeping their inventory counts inaccurate. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only rating 4 instead of 5 as there’s usually a pretty good line for checkout. An additional staff member would be helpful here.

  5. Friendly staff, nice selection. The only problem is that there is absolutely no place to sit except at the pharmacy. The dining area still has no chairs or tables. That is not good when you have mobility issues. When asked, I was told that it was a “corporate decision.” However, the dining area at the Pinole Target has chairs and tables. “Corporate” seems to be rather selective in this case.
