I usually try not to come to this target, but they had something in stock that I needed, so I ordered pick up at store cause I’ve had to drive an hour and some of us just have social anxiety…but the person bringing my order to my car was very unfriendly, and just had a “whatever” attitude after I thanked her for her time and help. A little kindness goes a long ways, and it seems a few people working there need to learn that 🙁
Clean store mostly well stocked and over all present experience during a 30 min supercharge trip. I love the snacks they have available in the front of the store
Literally the most ghetto Target I have ever been to. The store was a mess, nothing was stocked, and the store was filthy.
Cashier was super nice, though.
I will never go here again. I checked online to verify that they had what I needed on stock. I specifically came here because it said they had it. When I got here, not only was it not in stock, they didn’t even have an open shelf where the item would have been off it was in stock. I’m talking tampons, btw. They’re all in the same section. It’s not like I just didn’t find the right location. They didn’t even have an adequate substitute, and I needed it now. That wasn’t the only thing I intended to get that wasn’t there. The shelves are empty, I only saw 5 people total working in the store. It’s just not acceptable. They need to staff adequately and stock their store.
This location refused to honor the cat and jack return policy. Customer service rep said they stopped doing it 2 months ago. I know keizer station target is still accepting returns as I know someone who works there, they said some employees deny returns because it’s to much work.
