I love my Target store. I have found the employees knowledgeable. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they immediately do what is necessary to find out. Returns are easy as are online pick ups. I have only had successful experiences at Talking Stick Target. It’s my go-to store and applaud their support of the community.

This Target (located on Indian Bend and the 101 Highway in Scottsdale) is one of the best I’ve ever visited, if not the best. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. The shelves are tidy and the merchandise is lined up well. The shelves were full. I bought household items, cleaning products, and groceries and was very pleased with the quality and prices of what I purchased. I don’t like to do self-checkout, especially when I have a lot of items. There were two staffed checkout lines and there was minimal waiting. The clerk at the register was friendly as can be and sacked my items with care. Additionally, there is plenty of parking and there aren’t loose carts in the lot that can damage your car. The entire shopping experience was excellent.

Worker walked up and rudely rushed us before we even got to the self checkout aisle literally watching us the entire time which was quite strange before getting way too close and touching the screen to do something that wasn’t necessary and then had to undo it because they were incorrect. Made a simple shop for groceries very awkward and unsettling as well as frustrating. People go to self checkout not to speak or engage with staff and will ask for help if needed. They should never be rushed or spoken rudely to as it is completely unprofessional.

Target at Talking Stick is one of my favorite Targets. It’s so clean, organized and the associates are super friendly and helpful. I find a lot of items that I don’t see in my local Target. At the front of the store, the $1, $3, and $5 seasonal bin items are always stocked full of the cutest things. Today I bought gardening items, really cute planting pots, and adorable dish towels that looked straight out of Pottery Barn.

I was In this location today around 1:30PM and Patricia was the only cashier helping a huge line in her own. She was kind, efficient and fast. Thank you Patricia for being so great today! She deserves to be recognized

The worst target I’ve ever been too. I was at a solo vacation at Civana Resort near by and decided to purchase a kindle paper white. I didn’t know much about the kindles but figured it would be better for my eyes than using the kindle app on my phone. I place a drive up order at this Target and picked up the order without any problems. After using the kindle for 2 days, I just didn’t like it. I tried to return it and was accused of never purchasing a paper white kindle by Andrea (manager). She said that I couldn’t have gotten the kindle from this store because it was a different kindle than the one I ordered. I was given a basic kindle and not the paper white kindle that I ordered. Keep in mind that I never stepped foot into that store until I tried to return the kindle. I completed a drive up order and was handed my order by an associate.

She just kept accusing me and made a racist comment. I was very taken back because I literally placed the order and was handed by order by a target associate. No one from management or loss prevention would show me the camera of my item being scanned for pick up. Also, customer service was no help because it was an “in-store” matter. I couldn’t file a police report because I had to be there in person.

The target store by my house was able to give me the correct kindle and I love it! I was told my the manager at my door that the situation was handled very poorly and to report Andrea. No one should be treated the way Andrea treated me or have to listen to the racist comments that she said to me!

Targets driver delivered my rug without covering it, threw it in front of my house. It’s a cream rug and now it’s dirty. I tried to call customer service. No one can help me there. They want me to do a return. I have no vehicle to bring it there ask them can you just exchange. They said l would need to bring back. The shopping department gets the order they should cover it with plastic they said sorry we can’t help you. Customer service is horrible there. Just make sure when you order stuff that they cover items that can get dirty! Now I have to hire someone to come in and clean the carpet. I couldn’t refuse the order because they just throw stuff in front of your door. If l was here, I would’ve refused it. Take a look at theses photos. If they covered it prior to shipping this wouldn’t have happened.

Usually, my trips into Target are free of interactions with employees. This time was different. I was pleasantly surprised with the warm greeting I received in the mens dept. Made me smile. And my checkout cashier was fun and welcoming. Both seemed to be enjoying their work. Quite a pleasant experience for me.

Just started shopping at this location and the prices do not match the presentation of marked products. Watch your check outs people as you will be paying more than what they advertise. Weights and measures should be paying a lil visit here. Getting charged $7 more at the register. I’m glad I said something. Last item was Xbox clearances wasn’t matching the clearance and getting charged full retail.

  1. Very nice Target and location,..
always with friendly and helpful staff.
The only problem I see here, is the ONE, (family), RESTROOM LOCATION, and how messy and dirty it was. (We stopped in last Monday afternoon.)
Somewhere outside, is supposed to be another restroom, but I am not sure of this.
    FYI –
The inside Family restroom is to the right after entering the building, on the other side of the pharmacy, at the end of the building.

Also, anytime I’ve picked up an order, it’s always been very quick and friendly service as well.

  2. I can’t say enough about how much I love and appreciate the employees at this store. I’ve been going to this Target location for almost a decade and I have never once had a bad experience which is hard to believe, but it’s the truth. And no, I’m not getting any sort of payment or incentive to say this (but if Target is reading this and wants to give me something, I wouldn’t turn it down. Lol)
Also the drive up is awesome for anyone who’s wondering.

  3. I shop online and do drive up… EVERY order is always an issue. Drive up is easiest for my family for medical reasons. I always have items missing from the order… or of course something is always out of stock. Some of the employees are really rude in that department. Some are very nice! This target is closest and easiest for us, but it’s always a problem.

  4. Curbside pick up at this store is fantastic!
It is very quick, easy and the products are in good condition.
    It makes shopping a breeze.

  5. I usually love target until I went to exchange a wrong size item. I had the receipt. I wanted the exact same thing in a larger size, they gave me credit for the item minus my points I used and charged me full price for the other size item So a $25 dollar item became a $35 item plus tax! I’ve worked in retail since I was 15 and I’ve never heard of an exchange policy like this. You end up losing your rewards points, that’s insane.
