3 weeks agoWORST TARGET EVER. Never any cashiers, extremely long lines as they make everyone do self checkout. Can’t even do an exchange at there “Exchange/Return” counter! They would rather you only return there and then wait in the long line to make a purchase. Ridiculous! Only good thing I can say is that the pharmacy is good.2 months agoDressing rooms were closed due to staffing issues. Approached 2 employees chatting. Claimed they didn’t have a key for dressing rooms. Instead of being attentive since they were NOT busy at all. A 3rd employee came up an said we do not have the key. Customer service employees had two employees standing around as well. I asked if someone could page someone with a key quick because I do not want to have to return an item. Poor customer service an complete lack of having any sense of helping.5 months agoWas there yesterday Saturday April 8th and was basically accused of stealing by self checkout employee with blue hair. Item on clearance didn’t ring up due to it not being in the system, I know this because I used to work there. I thought I touched something wrong on the screen so I jokingly said “I think I pressed the wrong button.” The self checkout employee with blue hair answered with an attitude “That’s not from a button.” Then the item had a price on it and she scanned it like she didn’t believe that was the price, and it didn’t ring up because it was on clearance.9 months agoVery disappointed in target. Used the pickup which I hardly ever do and it was slow as could be. Took forever for one item. I gave them proper advance I was coming to. When I get my item it’s not in a bag at all it was a small toy it would have fit in a bag. When I grabbed the item the box ripped and it feel to the ground. Lucky nothing broke but now I have a damaged box which was suppose to be for my sons birthday. Just do your jobs right please.10 months agoGenerally, it’s a little less busy than the Target on Louise. Occasionally, there is a better selection than there, too. Customer service isn’t very impressive. Employees aren’t particularly happy to answer questions. I’d say the main reason for losing stars is due to the checkout situation. Whenever I visit, there are either not enough checkouts open and an extremely long wait, or there are none open and the self checkout line is astronomically long.

We had an item we wanted to order, but they wouldn’t ship it and we saw that this store had it in stock. We went in and found out that it was way over the online price. So, we went to customer service and explained what was going on and asked them what our options were. The lady was very nice and said she could order it for us and ship it or else we could buy the one in the store and as long as it was on the Target app they would price match. She said they price match some other places like Amazon as well. So, we went back to get the product. It was locked. It was very easy to get someone to help and they didn’t leave until the right person with the right key arrived. Once at the register, the item ended up ringing up for the online price anyway and didn’t need to be price matched. So, not sure why it wasn’t updated in the store. The store is clean. They have a sanitizing station when you walk in and you can only go one way around the store to the checkouts as they have a block on one end for social distancing. The parking lot is shared because of being in a strip mall and that is kind of a pain. Especially when people come flying into the parking lot at 45 miles an hour and not paying attention. So, make sure you watch all angles.
Went in to look for a toy that was a limited time item but it looks like we went looking for it a little too late as it was all out or rather, we didn’t see a place for it on the shelves so, while that was disappointing, the store itself was bright, clean, and we’ll maintained. It was very busy which is standard for the location but we’re were still able to check out very quickly. We didn’t have any big encounters with staff but the few folks we saw seemed to be working well and had an overall casual disposition. A fine store with lots of good options.
The line to checkout was extremely long. This was the second time I went during the afternoon between 3pm-5pm and the store was extremely busy. I saw the checkout line and left. Easier to order online for pickup. That’s a really nice service they offer. Download the app, shop, drive to the store and park, they bring your order to the car.
This is the worst Target I’ve ever been to. It’s always extremely overcrowded and dirty. The bathrooms are always atrocious without paper towel or toilet paper. One time there were even small puddles of blood on the ground and drops throughout the store. The sinks are outdated and the whole thing should really be remolded/updated, considering how much business they get at this location. Parking is always a struggle and hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Items are frequently sold out, sale items are always sold out. A couple of the evening employees have poor customer service, borderline aggressively rude.
Clean store, friendly workers and an abundance of merchandise. Their clothing brand, Cat&Jack is top notch! Very very affordable.
