Nice store but employees are very snooty and a little rude. I asked the cashier about toilet brushes, as I was looking for something less fancy/more practical than what I had seen, and Carlos responded “oh, we’re more about the healthy look. You should go to Walmart.”

Awful customer service! Of course not all employees there are rude but enough are that it makes in unpleasant. The people that staff the self check out are incredibly rude and aggressive. They think everyone is stealing and recently went through my items in an aggressive manner. Then rolled their eyes when they didn’t find anything. Of course they didn’t find anything. They rush you out of the store aggressively starting at 9pm and surround the door with ten plus employees doing nothing but standing there talking and you have to walk through them to get out while the check out lines are 15 people deep. The store is also always out of everything. It’s mismanaged and it shows because employees are miserable.

Clean, bright, well maintained, logically organized. Smart, friendly staff. Good selection that’s dependably in stock. Curbside is top notch. To the newbies, the Starbucks is not where you’d think!

First let me say that as of mid October 2022 the parking lot is a mess of chain link fencing blocking off almost half the front parking area while they do some kind of update or repairs or something. At low volume times for shopping this won’t be a big deal, but any other times it is nutty trying to get a spot very close to the door. Next I will say, all right, it’s Target. They have the stuff from their weekly ads plus many of your household staples. The store seems clean and organized, but like almost every Target I’ve been to in the last 6 months, there are so many empty shelves and so many times I use the Target app and it says what I want is in stock, and I go to the aisle it should be on, but it’s not there. Sold out, out of stock. This happened to me in 3 different states in the month of October alone, so I guess that’s just how it is these days. Even so, kinda bugs me to drive out there and blam, no thingamajig or whatsit. I don’t want to mail order my supplies for daily living. Sometimes I need them today! Now how about something good? They had plenty of carts and hand carry shopping baskets and they were fairly clean. They have self-checkout and real cashiers. I love browsing the clearance racks. This time I didn’t even need to, though, because I found some lovely $5 women’s everyday wear t-shirts, soft fabric and nice colors. Had to get two. Upon checking out with the real cashier person, I was asked if I had a phone number to type in for loyalty rewards, but when I said no, there wasn’t any uncomfortable insistence that I sign up for their plan. I loved that. I get sick of handing out my data like lollipops. Overall, a solid 4 stars, going up to 5 stars when the parking lot is fixed and when they tackle supply chain issues or stop saying they have stuff laying around to buy when actually they don’t.

We go here every now and then and every time we’ve been had been pleasant. Although my wife goes here a lot more then I do, they have everything we need. We’ve never done any grocery shopping so I can’t speak on that but every other department has served us well.

They usually got what I need . I was able to get some stuff to clean my teeth like hydrogen peroxide. I looked in the survival section the camping section to see what they had and I bought a $10 compass. I actually thought it was like a $5 compass and when I got it to my car it didn’t work properly when I compared it to my Google compass. well I downloaded an app and I compared it period it was wrong. They do have a Starbucks in there and I was able to get a latte with my points. I also got a new hair brush and some dog food. It’s a nice change from Walmart but a little more expensive that’s why I gave it four stars. Thanks guys be safe out there make sure to wear your mask!

Horrible customer service. Caught multiple agents in lies while they held nearly $500 of my money instead of releasing it when they canceled my orders. When I called, I was given multiple reasons it could of happened. I never received an email response like I was promised, probably lost in my junk folder even though I searched it multiple times and found nothing from target. But they claimed to have sent it. I was told by one agent that the visa card Carrier and my bank were the ones you were holding my money up. I talked to my bank and they told me that target in fact did not inform them of the cancellation and the hold was for a whole week. When I called back to talk to a third agent, she hung up on me because I didn’t except her answer that I’d already been told multiple times before that didn’t make sense and asked for a supervisor. When I called back the fourth time a person claim be a supervisor. That contradicted what earlier representatives told me. Still don’t know then why, just a few possible reasons.

I love this Target. Is super close to where I live. It’s always clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I do wish Target had a wider selection in some departments. For example, their automotive section is literally 3-4 tiny shelves and never has what I may need/want. But Target is always clean and quiet, which I love!!!!

  1. Generally good prices with fine deals and return policies. The staff is friendly when you need some help, but they unfortunately no longer come over and ask if you need any help. I enjoyed them asking since otherwise they seem busy with their tasks or talking to each other about random things and I sometimes feel bad asking for anything.

They’re remodeling this store so a lot of things have moved around this past year. There’s still areas that need to be completed, but the overall aesthetic is looking good. The floors though give a dark gray warehouse vibe which is not good compared to the white floors they had before.

The main thing I don’t like is the super security people now roaming around this store. These guys have bullet proof vests, guns, and a ton of tactical gear. As a casual shopper, it’s very intimidating and makes me feel unsafe. It makes the shopping experience feel like I should be fearful that a shootout could happen at any moment. At closing time, these guys go around and tell people to leave the store which is also intimidating. I don’t want them talking to me and making me fear for my life just because I’m a minute past closing.

I’d give this store 5 stars if their employees would ask if I needed help from time to time and if they got rid of these crazy aggressive-looking security people.

  2. I was in a hurry and used the pick-up option the other day at Target. Wow. I was so happy with how fast the items were ready and how friendly the staff was. I love this store already, but this was one more reason I will continue to shop here.

  3. ARMED security and minimal cashiers makes this place feel extremely unsafe. Too many automated self checkouts and 1 team member to #10 self check outs is irresponsible of target. Target do better, bring back cashiers. Make the target shopping experience great again!!

  4. Zero organization to the store at all. Way more difficult to find products than it needs to be. Why is the shampoo in 3 different sections on almost opposite sides of the store? Why is body wash 6 isles away from face wash?? Zero logic at all to where things are placed.

  5. This particular Target store gives me an uneasy feeling. Lately, it seems like the overall quality of this Target has been declining. There’s a notable presence of armed security, which can be unsettling. Additionally, the number of homeless individuals and beggars in the parking lot can also be quite overwhelming. For these reasons, I would strongly recommend avoiding this Target location, as it doesn’t feel like a safe environment to enter.
