a month agoShame on the jax name. This place is NOT worth it. Spent over a half hour vacuuming out my car (which is normally a 10 min thing) vacuums are filthy and suction is poor, not yo mention me and another car had to find a vacuum bay that actually worked. No (out of order signs). This is a CASHLESS carwash, I dont carry cards, so this was EXTREAMLY inconvenient. The wash itself (the $20 wash) isn’t even sub-par. Towels used to dry my car afterward must have been dirty or wet because now I have dirty water spots everywhere. Just dont waste your time or your money here. Using the Jax name, you’d think this would be a top-tier wash.. jax really needs to rethink their partnership with this wash. How this place has 4 stars is beyond me.3 months agoI purchased the $10 car wash. First and last time there. I was “allowed” to tip from my debit card or I could tip cash at the end. As you pull into the car wash, there’s a sign that says “Free towel dry”. At the end, I felt bad about NOT tipping, so I told the towel dryer to not worry about drying. Thinking he might say “don’t worry about it maybe next time” and dry my car for free. Instead, he told he’s partner to not dry my car. Picture shows my results. Never again6 months agoThe second time after the car wash place acquired by JAX.The second time that my car came out from the car wash but still full of mud spots on the car. I had to wipe around the car by myself again. This is a $10 car wash!

I have monthly subscription for my two cars. I will have to cancel since I do not want to see them again.
2 months agoThey do an okay job but still find alot of dirt still on the vehicles rear end. They really don’t do much brush scrubbing at the beginning of the auto wash cycle.

a month agoCustomer service was outstanding. Bought the $20 wash which is now the standard in the industry for the best wash. Received a dash wipe with purchase. With older equipment I was surprised how well it did. Tire shiner was great on my tires. Also prep before you go in. Easy right off M5 so it works when I’m around.a week agoThe machine cleaned the exterior well. I bought the $20 option. Cleaned the underside and the tires were cleaned and shiny. One of the vacuum stations was not powerful enough. I had to move to another one that was more powerful. Overall good exterior cleaning.2 months agoSolid place to take your car for an automatic wash. Original owners sold the business several years ago. Doesn’t have the same “small business” feel as it once did, but still a solid choice over many of the other options out there. The back of my car did not come out clean and my car door was scratched while going through this wash. Went back to the wash immediately after I noticed. Showed the staff, they took photos and had me fill out a form & they said the manager would get back to me. Never heard anything back. Tried calling again and talked to an employee and was told I would receive a call from the manager. Again, never received a call. Do not recommend going to this wash.2 months agoI was excited to find a car wash closer to me versus one I normally go to, however all I got was being screamed at, almost sent through a wash without receiving my credit card back, more screaming, and dirt still on my vehicle. Then the wash stopped half way through the tracks. I wanted to let someone know of my disappointment but while there were easily five people in the front no one was there on exit. Sad to say I won’t go back there

I feel like I took 20 bucks out of my wallet and burned it. Not only did they not clean the car they do not give you towels to clean it like most self service. The only way to get a clean car from them is to join their club. Jax used to do a great job. Well I am going outside now with a bucket and hose to wash my car.
I was vacuuming my car and was using regular fleece winter gloves when Ron A stopped over and offered me some nitrile gloves–what a great gesture! Talk about amazing service!! Tracie and Contrel were also very kind and cheerful–makes your day!! Top notch!
