We were visiting a family member in Lewisville, TX and went in for a car wash. We paid with an American Express card. Our card was placed on their file without our permission and was subsequently charged on May 11, 2023 in the amount of $32.99 which amounts to theft and fraud. I was not offered any such thing. The manager was concerned how a refund would look on his records, much more than his company’s reputation. After 4 contacts with the corporate office (zero response), I am out $29.95 for nothing…so, Whitewater stole my money from my credit card willfully. I am left with no recourse but to put the facts out there and report them to the BBB…! Hopefully that will catch management’s attention. They have free vacuums, air, spray bottles w/cleaner and microfiber towels for customers to use in the vacuum area. They have one clip pad to hang one floor mat at time to vacuum which is nice so you don’t have to bend down/over for four mats.
There were plenty of spray bottles and micro fiber towels to use the day I was there. I spent almost an hour vacuuming/cleaning the inside as well as wiping down the areas missed by the brushes on the outside. The area was clean and also had trash cans near the vacuums.

I dropped my Kia Soul off right at 8am when they opened and they finished around 10am. I asked for a full detail, less the carpet shampoo. I had a ton of pet hair in the car, and that’s always been difficult for other places to get out. I just fostered a dog and drove her 8 hours to her new home, so the car was a MESS.
When I tell you I don’t see a spec of pet hair in this car…I am so impressed with the speed and quality of this detail. The car smells and looks amazing, aside from the self inflicted dings and scratches, my car looks and feels brand new!! If I wasn’t moving out of state tomorrow, I’d be a frequent customer here. I didn’t wait on the property, walked to Target lol, but when I did interact with employees they were all friendly and professional.
Total was $126 + tip and it was worth every penny.
Oil change / state inspection and car wash for my son’s car. Arrived about 9:00 am and only waited a few minutes. Service completed fairly quickly. Then drove around back to join car wash line. Still i was in amd out in less than 20 minutes. They usually do a good job hand drying the vehicle afterwards. They also honor a military discount which i appreciate. Will continue to take my vehicles there.
Come here every now and again for a oil change. They are good about checking your fluids and vehicle tire pressure also which is nice to have done. We also get inspections completed here when needed and in area. Fast efficient service. Car wash is nice also I just personally do not like getting out of my car for washes so I usually skip the wash.
These guys do it right every time in my honest opinion. I always get the Preakness package and it’s always worth the cost, which I believe is around $30. That plus the super friendly staff equals a great experience each time. Thank you!
Came to get an oil change. Arrived around 1:30 and all the bays were full. They got me in fairly quickly and I was leaving by 2:15. The staff was all very nice and didn’t push extra services on me. The free car wash is a nice extra. Will definitely be back!
