5 months agoThey don’t allow no stars, so I had to pick one. Such a shame because they deserve NONE! Moved to a new area not long ago, but because I had been going to this specific car wash since 2018 and had no issued, I advocated to my husband to stay with them. A few months ago I was blessed enough to purchase a new truck. Went to the car wash today and the washer RIPPED MY RUNNING BOARD COMPLETELY OFF! I heard a loud noise and when done in the car wash, I pulled around to check. My running board was GONE! I went inside the office and told them we have an issue. The guy inside asked what was wrong. I told him my running board was broken off by their machine. He goes out into the washing bay and comes around the side, opened up the office door and says, “Is this your running board?” To which I reply, yes and he proceeds to put it in the back of my BRAND NEW TRUCK! Looks at me and says “we don’t cover running boards, it’s in our disclaimer”. He then proceeded to tell me that since my truck has automatic running boards they should have been put inside before going through! What the actual???????????????? How are my running boards supposed to get clean??? I could understand if more if I had a truck that was barely holding on to its parts, but a BRAND NEW TRUCK? What kind of place operates this way??? I will now advocate to ANYONE who will listen to please avoid taking your vehicle here, whether new or old! You don’t know what else “THEY DON’T COVER”. Bad customer service!!!!!2 months agoI’ve been going to this car wash since it opened. It’s been very nice, however, the associate that came out when I showed him the antenna that was broken off the top of my car just showed me the sign on his phone that they’re not responsible very and walked away, very unprofessional. His name is Will. Young people basically just don’t care. I’m sure if it was his car it would make a difference. The co-manager came out to assist brought out some pliers to help me get the screw out of it so I can at least set it on top of the car without it flopping around to get home, I think if I was a manager of a young man like this he’s not worth having as an employee since he doesn’t care about the customer who pays to keep him employed. Also they had about 7 employees sitting in the office doing nothing. Why should you be paying them to sit around.6 months agoPretty good carwash. It’s a drive through type that also have self served vacuums after you get the wash. 0retty easy. They have some sort of member ship that seems like a really good deal. Bot too bad if you ask me and I am not a car wash guru or anything… just a man… a man with a mission to get my trusk washed every now and then. I just needed to pass the word. Unsure Ok5 months agoUsed to be good before new ownership. Now I have to take both vehicles through 2-3 times to clean normal dirt off. Only kept membership for undercarriage spray for the winter. They also raised all the package prices and claimed a bunch of upgrades. Super frustrating. Pic is from 1 time going through wash. Wait line was too long to go through again.11 months agoCame to check this place out for a car wash, and wasn’t pleased with the wash. The exterior still had dead bugs and dirt in multiple areas. I purchased the package just above the basic wash. The vacuums worked very well, which is why I gave this 4 stars. Great vacuums.

2 months agoI recently had my car washed at GoCarWash on Patriot and I was incredibly impressed by the service I received. My car was exceptionally grimy, having just come off a cross country trailer, and it had oil and grease on the hood that didn’t budge after the first wash. See pictures.However, the GM; Anthony, went above and beyond to help me leave his location with a clean vehicle.
He worked with me in the heat and wiped off as much oil as he could by hand, then gave me another wash to clean anything that was remaining. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Anthony. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to take the extra time to make sure my car was as clean as possible. I would definitely recommend GoCarWash to anyone looking for a first class car wash experience.
2 weeks agoI don’t expect my car to come out of an automatic wash looking as good as a handwash. However, I do expect it to not look dirtier than when it went in because all the wash did was streak and move the dirt down. This was somehow a much better place when it was $3. I got a $3 wash at a carwash priced at $14. Unfortunately this is no longer the value it once was. Even at $5 I could shrug it off with a “meh it’s a $5 wash. But $14 I am very disappointed3 weeks agoBest car wash . It actually cleans the wheels off . Right now with my newborn and 6 year old that’s a big deal . I don’t have time to wipe my car down as often as I used to . My car look so good after a wash . I definitives have the unlimited plan I got there atleast 2 times a week . Very affordable .10 months agoI paid $19 for a full cleaning. After I complained twice the manager told me my car is dirty that’s why is not cleaned when you use the car wash. Seriously? You have to be kidding me. That’s the main reason that I took the car to a car wash. And my car is not dirty we wash it once a week and I work in the city.5 months agoIf you want your vehicle clean. I suggest you pay the $20 to get the unlimited plan so you can go thru 3 or 4 times to get it clean. The vacuum suction is hit or miss. If you see an open spot for vacuuming, its highly likely the vacuum has very low suction.

This is the first time I have invested in getting my 2016 Lincoln MKX detailed and boy have I been missing out!! This is the first time I’ve had my car properly detailed and I am completely impressed with the job that was done. I transport shelter dogs each week to hike in the woods so my car had a lot of fur. I wasn’t expecting to have a pristine car when I picked it up, but they did an incredible job! I also had the car waxed – something I hadn’t done in at least a couple of years. I honestly couldn’t believe how great it looked inside and out – it was just as clean as when I first bought it. I am relived to have found a company with such attention to detail and will definitely use them again and again.

I’ve been doing business with @the Car Wash for quite some time and they continue to do a phenomenal job. I was referred to them by my big brother and he told me about their ceramic work and how Joel and his team would do great job on my wife’s 2013 Lexus. The Car Wash detailed my 2011 BMW and they did an amazing job! It has been eight years since the last time it was waxed and the leather interior has never been cleaned or treated in any way. The pictures show the amazing results! The steering wheel was particularly dirty now it looks like new!! Hard to believe that steering wheel is 12 years old. There were water marks on the windshield and hood that I had tried several time to remove with products made just for that with no luck, they even removed these!
