7 months agoWhen I finished washing, my total was $6.97 according to the wash pay reader. I was charged $20.00 from my bank. What a joke! I’ll never come back here again. a month agoThe self carwash itself worked fine. The bay was dirty. The attendant was very rude and asked me to move out of the to finish drying my large van so I would not tie up the bay. It was very sunny and 90 degrees out so I elected to dry my van in the shade of the bay. There are approximately 8 bays and there was only me and 1 other using the car wash but the attendant insisted I move outside?.. Doesn’t make very good business sense.a week agoIt’s a car wash. I’ve been a customer at Tommy’s since I got a car I care enough about to clean. When I first started using Tommy’s I got the unlimited package. Glad I did because when I started noticing the back of my car was never clean I was told, “just run it through again and we won’t charge you for it.” I asked if they could spray off the back and was told they aren’t allowed to. At first I wasn’t using the vacuum stalls to detail because it was cold so I thought, maybe it’s just getting dirty on the ride home.
Then when I said something again, they said “it was the timing that was off on the mechanism that washes the back and front. If it’s not clean just run it through again, we won’t charge you, but it should be fixed”. So after learning it was in fact a problem with the system that seemed to be fixable, I’ll keep going. It was fixed that time.
But here I am again, after running it through, I parked to vacuum and detail my car and when I got to the back end…you guessed it, not clean, AGAIN.
If whoever reads these reviews could allow your employees to spray it down before it goes through would be really great, pretty sure it will at minimum help the issue if the timing is not going to stay fixed. Especially for vehicles with tailgates and bumpers with nooks and crannies like mine. I love the rest of the wash and the clean environment for detailing at the vacuum stalls but for $34.99/month I’d like to only have to go through once. I usually go thru on lunches or in between dropping kids off at one place or another so time is usually of the essence as I’m sure is true for most customers.
This place was fantastic! Clean, efficient and the workers Jerome and Gary were such a gem. They informed me of the trial but didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. Jerome is hilarious and actually wants to have a conversation with you. Such a refreshing interaction. And Gary was awesome too, helping us load the truck into the car wash. Will definitely visit again. Two thumbs up!
Carwash is nice clean and works well never had any problems with the wash! The employees are friendly, one guy with longer hair and ear piercing is exceptional and always is a joy going above!
We were just passing through Gillette on our way home to Canada. Jerome was the team member who helped my husband and I, he was so friendly and kind. He helped with clear direction to really get our truck spotless! It was the best service! Thank you Jerome!
