I’ve decided to give this carwash a try again since is pretty close to my place and I was happily surprised they did an outstanding job this time. I dropped off my car for a wash and when I returned 30 minutes later to pick it up there was an unmissable deep scratch in my driver’s side back door. A manager, Vic, showed me the videos of my car entering the wash with zero damage but refused to take responsibility for the gash. He tried blaming my wife (who doesn’t drive my car) and accused me of insurance fraud after I pointed to the video showing my car entering with zero damage, saying “I see what you’re trying to do”. He then claimed *mid way* through the wash that you could see a scratch (actually a reflection) and that therefore was proof they didn’t do it. Problem is, the reflection was in the wrong place, moves and disappears from the door and scratches obviously don’t. When I asked to see a full uninterrupted video of my car entering and exiting the car wash he started fumbling around and said “Greg” their accountant would call me next week. Accidents happen but I’m super disappointed by the lack of accountability and am offended he would accuse me of trying to take advantage of his car wash, which I’ve used many times before. I wish I had chosen a different car wash and will definitely never go back here. I had a terrible experience at this car wash. They did a poor job of washing my car, and the staff was extremely rude. When I voiced my concerns, one of the employees simply brushed me off, saying it wasn’t his problem. Stopped by here earlier today while kids were in Sunday school. The entrance to the place is kind of confusing but either way I drive in and picked a super car wash. I drive a small SUV and they charged me $22 for it. The car wash was decent. There is this ping glass walk way there you can see your car go thru the car wash. The equipment looks super old. In certain places along the glass wall, the glass is so dirty you cannot see thru it. Talk about car wash. You can pay via cash or card. They have a convenience store where you can grab a drink but some stuff for your car or grab a quick bite.They hand dry your car and the guy who dried my car did a good job. Overall this place is ok.

These employees are CRAFTSMAN at their trade and the same faces are there every week ensuring a positive top result. I’m very honored a place like this still exists. My car, a PT Cruiser, was beyond filthy. Fading. I paid $150 for a high-end clean and polish. I watched them work over 90 minutes on it, and when they were finished, she had a mirror shine. It was a great time. A friend of mine recommended me to come here for the car wash. I got the $20 wash and it really cleaned my car very well. Free vacuum and a towel to wipe down your car.
I like this car wash, have been coming here for awhile and unfortunately just realized a strange guy that had straight up been acting weird and was awkwardly watching me and had literally looked into my car, stole a bag of clothes out of my car yesterday when I was vacuuming. In hindsight I realize he wasn’t even vacuuming or wiping his car off. Be aware of your surroundings.
